Hi. I actually commented here 5 years ago as Werner Roland about CM Roofing, and tried to add a new comment. But this board doesn't seem to support that, only editing of previous comment allowed. Odd. So this is new. Logged in as Little Bear :-) After a recent hailstorm Carlos stopped by offering free inspection of the roof. He went up there and in fact found hail damage. He got insurance company involved, agent met us at my place. Easy Peasy, things were worked out pretty quickly between the pros. Re-roofing was scheduled, everything/everyone showed up on time. Actual roofing went quickly and efficiently, quality work all around. Retaining my skylight was a big plus. Crank-up versions are disappearing and I wanted to keep this one. So they fixed the flashing, preserving the skylight. After the job was done, couple days later, I found a flaw in some flashing at another roof section. CM Roofing came over after a couple days, looked at it, and then showed me via pics that it actually had been flawed before they did any work. So it was a contractor like 20 yrs ago that made the mistake. But CM Roofing took care of it anyway. I have nothing but good things to say about CM Roofing. You can trust them. Little Bear
