  NOT RECOMMENDED - BUILT NEW HOME 5 YEARS AGO - ONE OF SEVERAL ON STREET WITH ROOF ISSUES - AT LEAST 5 HOMES HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THEIR ROOF. THE LATEST BEING, A LEAK WHERE THE ROOFERS HAD CUT THE SHINGLES WHEN CAPPING THE ROOF - EVERY TIME IT RAINED HARD WE HAD WATER - ALSO NAILS NOT DRIVEN IN ALL THE WAY OIN SHINGLES - STAY AWAY!

  They just finished a roof in my neighbourhood and left a card on my door because I obviously need a new roof. Decided to walk over and see the work they had done and maybe talk to the homeowners. The mess they left behind, shingle wrappers strewn across the neighbors yards and out on the road right away stopped me. I won’t be calling them!

  I first called this company at the beginning of March after major damage to my roof due to a wind storm. Was told somebody would come on Friday to give me a quote. A week went by, and I never heard back from them. Called several times and left messages, finally another appointment was made. Stayed home all day a second time, nobody showed up and nobody called to say they were not coming. After a couple more missed appointments, someone came by and gave me a quote on April 8. I agreed to the quote and contracted them to do the work, and was told they should be doing the work "probably the second or third week in May." By the end of May, I had not heard back from them, and called again. Several unreturned messages later over about a week, and the salesman finally called back and said there had been a weather delay, and the crew should arrive next week. In all, there were dozens of missed appointments and date changes over the summer. In each case, I had to call after staying home all day waiting to find out what was wrong - they never called me directly to tell me the estimated start date had been changed. Finally, near the end of the summer, someone in the company saw that I had expressed frustration to a friend online about the continual runaround the company was giving me, and the owner said he would not be doing any work for me. If he had said that back in early spring when I first called the company, I would have had the chance to get another company in. But since he waited until summer was almost over, there was no time left to get another roofer to do the work until after a long winter with a badly damaged roof. No idea yet how many tens of thousands of dollars I will lose due to all the interior damage from going through the winter without a sound roof. All of which could have been avoided if the company had just acted honestly in the first place and said they did not know if they would have time to do the work, so I would have had the freedom to look for ano

  5/5 stars. Very happy with my roof replacement. The crew was professional, efficient, and left the site clean. The salesman Shannon was also accomodating and promptly resolved questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

  I had some fascia that needed replacement after some wind damage. Cleroux was the only roofing company that would do the job. They were responsive and did good work. All the other companies I called said the job was too small for them to bother with. Cleroux will be getting my next roofing job. They know what customer service means.

  These guys are great. They had to replace a bunch of shingles that had come off my roof due to the recent wind storms. They called me to arrange a convenient time to inspect the damage, showed up on time and where very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

  Cleroux & Sons superseded all expectations from quote to clean up. Extremely impressed with the whole team. Competitive Pricing, extremely quick and thorough, top-notch work. Even with surprises along the way of replacing our entire roof, they were honest, fair and fast. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Have and will continue to recommend to anyone who needs a new roof.

  I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND LESS THEN 25 MIN LATER SOMEONE WAS HERE TO FIX MY ROOF. ALL COMPLETE IN 1 HOUR FROM CALL TO FINISH. EXTREAMLY KIND, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY !

  I have just hired Cleroux and Sons Roofing to inspect and repair three sun tunnels, inspect my attic insulation and do a roof inspection complete with any repairs. I highly recommend this company due to their quick response to set up an appointment and their quick response (under 24 hours) to be here and resolve the issues at hand. Very personable but very professional,.good cleanup after completion and a very satisfactory job. Thank you Cleroux and Sons, this was a five star performance!

  Cleroux re-roofed my house yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Nice team, fast work in brutal heat, and a great result. Their final invoice beat several other company's initial quotes by a mile, the closest one was $2k higher. They were attentive and easy to communicate with in the lead up as well.

  We had this company performing some work on a construction property next to hours and the quality appeared to be fantastic. Some of the nails were misplaced on the roadway and unfortunately ended up in one of my trailer tires. The company was quick to fix the problem and pay for the damages which I found to be highly respectable. For my next roofing job, I will for sure be calling them!
