When you are hiring a general contractor a few words come to mind for expectations; reliability , communicative and reasonable are my top three. I have a 7 month old and I work 60 hours a week, so time and money are tight. When my ceiling started leaking, after a heavy storm, I had to find someone with those three attributes and fast. I honestly threw caution to the wind and asked Chat GPT for someone with those three qualities and was given Class General Contracting as the first choice. I was skeptical but gave it a shot. Brian, the owner answered right away and came over at MY convenience! (That’s beyond rare for a general contractor, if they come at all) by day two he not only had my leaking roof fixed, he didn’t take me for a ride either. As a female, it’s common to be mislead and overpriced, because I wouldn’t know the difference. Not Brian, I was so nervous for the cost and was so relieved by what he charged me. Thank you Brian, you are now saved on my phone and my go to guy.

Brian and his team are wonderful! Very organized, great communication and coordination. They installed a new roof for me and it was the smoothest process ever! They paid extra attention to detail and were meticulous at cleaning up! Highly recommend!!

7 years ago Brian did the roof on my house. His crew did a great job. I recently needed work done on my kitchen and hallway floor. I called Brian and he came to look at the job. Brian and Juan came over and did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. I would strongly recommend them for any project
