My husband and I had a roofing and home restoration team help us after a roof leak and water damage affected our house. The repairs took some time because of scheduling, storm-related demand, and our insurance claim, but the crew stayed responsive and kept the process moving. We also had several other problems happening at the same time, including a shower leak, garage water damage, and mold concerns, and their mitigation team handled everything well. There were a few issues during the flooring part of the project, but they responded quickly and made it right. Terrence, Brian, and Ezra were great to work with and helped us through every step of a very stressful situation. They were knowledgeable about roofing, water mitigation, repairs, and working with insurance, which made a big difference for us as overwhelmed homeowners. Now that everything is complete, we have really been enjoying what feels like a refreshed home. They helped restore multiple areas, including bathrooms, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and lower level. Looking back, they truly went above and beyond. During a heavy rain, when water started coming in near the back of the garage, they acted fast, helped manage the water, and contacted us right away. We are extremely happy with the restoration work and very thankful for all they did.

We had a leaking roof replaced, and the whole roofing job turned out great. Brian was the only roofer who really understood the problems we were dealing with and explained the best way to install a proper new roof on the house. Our roof is around 22 square, and Brian with his crew finished the tear-off, installation, and cleanup in just 2 days. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to the roofing details, and left the property very clean when the job was done. I also really appreciated that Brian knew we had a big family gathering coming up at our home in Denton, so he made sure the roof replacement was completed and everything was cleaned up before guests arrived. In the Texas heat, it meant a lot to have a dependable roofing crew that stayed on schedule and handled the project the right way. I highly recommend them for roof repair or full roof replacement.

We had our new roof and gutters installed recently, and I could not be happier with the results. Melvin, the representative we worked with, explained the whole roofing process in simple terms so I always knew what to expect and what steps were being taken to get the job done right. Our insurance company was very hard to deal with about the roof at first. The first adjuster tried to approve only a small shingle repair, even though the roof clearly needed much more attention. Melvin stayed on it, kept pushing back, and worked through all the details until the insurance company finally agreed the roof needed proper replacement. Once everything was approved, the roofing crew got started and finished the work quickly and professionally. The team was friendly, skilled, and clearly knew their trade. They handled the roof and gutter work with care, kept the area clean, and did a great job with cleanup after the project was finished. With the strong sun and harsh weather in TX, it feels great knowing we now have a solid, good-looking roof over our home. The new roof really improved the look of our house, and I would definitely recommend them.

Clark Family Roof Repair handled a full exterior roofing and trim update for us after strong winds damaged older roof edge materials and exposed several problem areas. They did an excellent job with the roof-related repairs, including fascia boards, soffits, trim work, and other exterior items that needed attention at the same time. The crew was very patient while we chose a few custom details for the entry area, and they helped make sure everything matched the overall look of the home. They also explained the repair process clearly and worked carefully through each step. We are extremely happy with the finished result, and the whole exterior looks cleaner, stronger, and much better protected from heat, sun, and storms. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior repair work.

Clark Family Roof Repair did an amazing job on my home. The team was honest, skilled, and easy to work with from start to finish. They replaced my roof, added the proper roof vent for my bathroom exhaust, installed new trim wrap around the windows, and updated the fascia and soffits. They also put on new gutters and new siding for both my house and garage, and finished the garage with new plywood wall panels. Melvin was my production manager, and he was outstanding through the whole project. He guided me from the first step to the final walkthrough, answered every question clearly, and made sure any concern was handled quickly. His communication and attention to detail really stood out. The crews worked hard, kept the job moving, and the finished work made a big difference in the look and protection of my home. In Denton, with the strong sun, heat, and storms, it feels great knowing the roof, siding, and gutter system were done right. I have received many compliments on how nice my home looks now, and I am very glad I chose them for the job.

After hail damage, we reached out for roofing help and were glad we did. Terrence was very helpful, easy to talk with, and really knowledgeable about roofing materials and repair options. The next day, Ezra came out to inspect the roof, explain the damage, and walk us through the whole roofing process step by step. A short time later, the repair work was completed, and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. The crew was professional, on time, and did solid work. We also learned they have strong experience with metal roofing, which is great to know for future roof replacement needs. With the hot Texas weather and storm season, it is reassuring to have a roofer we can trust for both repairs and a full new roof when the time comes.
