We had roof damage after severe storms and heat, so we got a few estimates from local roofing contractors, and one stood out as the best choice. ian was great and walked the roof with my husband, explaining the shingles, flashing, ventilation, and what needed to be repaired in simple terms. We were dealing with insurance, and their estimate was very detailed and easy for the adjuster to review, which helped increase the amount that was covered. the office team was also very helpful and always answered my questions quickly. They finished our large roof in just 2 days, and the workmanship looked excellent. later, ian came back for a full inspection, spent a long time checking every area, and talked everything through with my husband. We had a few extra changes we wanted, and they came back promptly to take care of them. Overall, we had a really great experience from start to finish. the crew was professional, the communication was clear, and the whole roofing process felt smooth and stress-free. We were so happy with the roof repair and replacement work that we are planning to have them handle our gutters too. you will not be disappointed working with them.

I contacted a few roofing companies and Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction was the only one that answered right away and set up a same day appointment. I have an older home in Merritt Island that needed roof repairs, including a few …

ian and his team just installed our new roof and new gutters in merritt island, and the results were fantastic. their professionalism stood out from start to finish, and i could tell they truly care about the quality of their roofing work and about building trust with homeowners, not just finishing another job. they took extra time to protect our plants, bushes, lights, windows, and garage door from debris during the roof installation, which really showed attention to detail. after the roofing and gutter work was complete, brett and the crew made sure the outside of our home and the driveway were cleaned up well. with the florida heat and frequent storms, it was reassuring to have a roofing team that stayed involved every step of the way and made sure everything was done right. because of the great workmanship, clear communication, and strong customer service, we will use them again for future roofing needs and will keep recommending them to family and friends.

5 stars still do not feel like enough. We called after a storm blew off some shingles, and Ian came out right away to inspect the roof and suggest filing an insurance claim. He returned to meet with the adjuster in person and helped guide …

Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction recently replaced most of the roof on my home and also swapped out two old skylights. I was referred by another professional who had worked closely with Ian. Ian was very professional and provided a …

In addition to the roofing work, they also painted and replaced all the damaged fascia on my home and the guest house on the property, and there was a lot to do. From the office team to the roof crews and leadership, communication was quick …

I had a roof leak and did not realize the wood decking under the tiles had rotted, so the whole roofing system was in rough shape. It was a big problem, and I had a few roofing contractors come out to inspect it and give estimates. I am very glad I moved forward with this roofer. They gave me one of the best estimates, explained clearly how the leak led to damage under the tile, and walked me through the roof repair and replacement options I could take right away. They also offered financing, which made the project much easier to manage. When Ian explained why my roof had gotten into such bad condition, I never felt pressured or oversold. He and the crew were honest, professional, and easy to work with from the inspection to the final installation. Now we have a strong new roof on our home in Merritt Island, and it gives us real peace of mind, especially with the Florida heat, heavy rain, and storm season. The workmanship was solid, the cleanup was thorough, and the whole roofing job was handled the right way. We feel much safer knowing the roof was done right.

i had a leaking skylight one night and figured the issue was around the flashing, not the main roof. I called Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction first thing in the morning, and within a few hours ian and his crew were up on my roof to inspect it and confirm the problem. Since it was raining, they completed a temporary repair right away to stop the leak and protect the area. They returned on time the next day in Merritt Island and finished the skylight and flashing repair properly. i was very satisfied with how fast they responded, how easy it was to get the information i needed, and how smoothly the whole roofing repair process went. The crew was professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, and the finished repair looks solid and watertight for Florida weather.

The roofing crew handled the roof on our house, garage, shed, and even the dog house, and the workmanship was excellent. We also had Hardie board siding installed before, and Brett and the crew were very careful during the roofing work to make sure nothing was scratched or damaged, which took real attention to detail. Since Florida weather in Merritt Island brings strong sun, heavy rain, and wind, it was important to us to have a roofer who understood how to protect the home and install everything the right way. We had gutter guards put on earlier by another installer, but we were not happy with how they performed. After talking it through with Ian, we decided to replace them with new gutter guards, and the results have been great. The updated gutters and guards look better, work better, and give us much more confidence during storm season. Ian and the crew also did a great job on the cupola and weather vane, and everything came out looking sharp and finished properly. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Merritt Island who needs roof work, gutters, or related exterior work. If I had to rate the job from 1 to 10, I would give it a 15.

We hired Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction after roof leaks started showing up on our ceiling, and we needed the roof replaced as soon as possible. They moved our job up quickly, helped speed up the permit process, and got the roofing materials delivered within just a few days. Once the old roof was removed, they found a large section of rotted plywood decking that needed replacement. Even with the extra repair work, the crew finished the job the same day before late afternoon. I also really appreciated how carefully they protected our flower beds and herb garden during the reroofing work. They did a great job cleaning up nails and debris afterward, and I only noticed a couple of nails in spots the magnet likely could not reach. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality, speed, and care, and I would absolutely hire them again for future exterior home work.
