This company was terrible to work with. If given a choice, I would choose elsewhere.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the result of our exterior makeover of our home. Dustin was wonderful to work with. We had multiple projects going on with different contractors driveway, windows, and doors. CLA Exteriors took care of the siding, gutters and garage door. I was most impressed with the quality of work by the siding installation crew. It was initially estimated to take 3 days to complete. A crew of 8 hard working men got to my property at 7:30am to begin the tear off. To my surprise they worked harder than I’ve seen in a long time and worked until 8:30pm and completed the job in one day absolutely amazing. Dustin and I did a walk around the next day and could not find any flaws in the workmanship. We feel like we have a new house. Special thanks to Dustin for your patients, knowledge, professionalism, and follow through to make sure the desired result was achieved in the end.

We hired CLA to replace our siding and gutters after significant hail damage to our home! Dustin was so great to work with. He truly went out of his way to make sure our claim was handled correctly by our insurance company and fought for us to get the coverage we deserved. The crew was great and cleaned up everything in our yard the way they found it. Our home looks AMAZING and we are so happy we chose CLA to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

My husband and I could not be happier with our new roof and gutters. Brian and Dustin worked with our insurance company right from the beginning handling every aspect of the project. The job was completed and cleaned up perfectly in one day. Really, it felt like a gift. We are so grateful!

Donte and the whole CLA Exteriors crew were great to work with, from start to finish! They just wrapped up our new roof and gutters job and we are very happy with the way it turned out. Both job crews were extremely professional and they were very careful with the cleanup, which is much appreciated. Thank you again and I highly recommend using CLA Exteriors!

CLA was wonderful to work with! Our first time filing a claim after severe hail damage. The project manager we worked with, Dustin, was diligent and transparent throughout the whole process. We had a few issues with insurance, so Dustin & his claims team put together a robust proposal, discussed the details (down to the line item), with the insurance adjuster and eventually got a new proposal from insurance that helped us get roof and siding taken care of! Highly recommend, very professional, and will be using again if needed in the future. Thank you CLA Exteriors!

Brannen C. From CLA Quarterbacked my entire project in a professional manner. He provided excellent communication working with my insurer on my behalf. Brannen was hands on by assisting the roofing crew and that did not go unnoticed. I would work with CLA, Brannen and Sam team again and recommend their services to others in northern Illinois.

The new roof looks great, completed in one day. A talanted crew worked hard to complete the project, as promised by the 4th of July. Boss Sam and contractor Kenny were easy to deal with. …
