Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Cityside Roofing.

Not a good company. Buyer beware… they keep changing their roofing company name because of how badly ownership keeps treating people

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. We take all feedback seriously, but we have no record of you as a Cityside Roofing customer or employee, and this review doesn't reflect any project we've completed. Cityside Roofing is an established, locally operated company in Tavares, and we stand firmly behind both our work and the people on our team. If you believe you've worked with us or have a genuine concern, we'd genuinely welcome the chance to make it right. Please reach out to us directly at any time. — The Cityside Roofing Team

Highly recommended. Excels at communication, scheduling, logistics, and execution. Great to work with!

The moment our crews log completion into your ERP system, the next trade gets pinged automatically. No waiting for emails. No back-and-forth calls between your superintendent and three different vendors. The sequence holds across the entire block because everyone's working from the same live schedule. This is what technology-enabled roofing looks like in practice. While most roof installation contractors still operate on printed schedules and phone calls, CitySide integrates directly into your builder systems. Completion triggers automatic notifications. Schedule holds stay synchronized. Your superintendent spends time managing the build instead of chasing down vendors wondering when the roofer will finish. For production builders running tight 45 to 90-day cycles, this level of coordination is non-negotiable. One delayed trade ripples across your entire community. CitySide's automated handoff system keeps momentum going. Crews move efficiently. Documentation happens in real time. QC gates clear automatically when standards are met. Your next trade shows up ready to work. We don't just install roofs. We keep your schedule moving. Add CitySide to your approved vendor list and experience the difference predictable roofing makes across your entire operation.Jun 9, 2026Call now

Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Cityside Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
