Nothing against there work but sometimes their actions outside their jobs reflect their work ethic. I was driving behind one of their trucks and trailers and the heavy trailer (which looks like it hasn't been taken care of as the lights …

This guy is a clown. Subcontracted the job to Trevor Lightfoot Roofing whom turned out to be a complete jackass. Left enough nails on the ground to start a small hardware company. I wouldn't pay until someone did a double sweep with the …

Horrible company. I got referred from the BBB for repair of parging around me entire house so I thought they would be reputable. Nope. Started of great, the estimate was quick, price was decent. But went downhill very quickly. We were …

  Worst company in Winnipeg!

Dave has not much oversight of his crew, just sits home and collects the money. They did sloppy work and shingles coming off years after job was done, have to go up and repair them myself. Many other complaints I could list here. (Old nails all over my driveway and lawn, damages evestrough, sloppy uneven cuts of shingles....). Stay away.

Do not hire. They still file everything on paper, so if you ever need their help with a warranty or a copy of your invoice, you'll be initially met by a very welcoming person on the phone who then gets some guy to call you. The guy that calls you will great you with a snippy attitude and even swear at you because "it's not my fault we don't use computers". The same guy on the phone told me that their system is flawless and it works, meanwhile not being able to look up the work based on any information, like an address, name, phone number, nothing... Yeah "it works" is a bit of a misunderstanding of what "works" means. One more thing, they contract out roofing jobs. Meaning they don't do it themselves. My yard was left with old shingles and hundreds of nails around my lawn. I have twin 3 year old girls that I now have to keep off my own grass. When you call about that... "How do we even know you hired us." I mean, come on... This is going on and on but additionally, there were bricks from my chimney on my garage roof, gutters smashed and end caps completely gone. DO NOT HIRE.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dave and his crews. They fixed my roof, replaced soffits and eaves and did some exterior painting for me . They were efficient and on time and explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with the work. Thank you to Dave, the guys and gal who worked on my home.

We had Citadel do our roof in the past and a couple years ago we had them install vinyl siding. They’ve always done an excellent job and stand behind their work. Recently a piece of siding came loose after very heavy wind and rain. I emailed them and the owner Dave got back to me the same day and came out to fix it the next day, no charge. He said just let him know if we ever experience any other issues with any of their work. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Citadel replaced our roof and fascia over 15 years ago and it's still in great shape. We've had minor wind damage along the way, when calling for someone to inspect it, they were quick to respond and repair the issue. Quality service and competitively priced.

We’ve wanted to provide an outstanding review for months… Dave and his wife were simply amazing and compassionate to our needs. Dave came out immediately to provide a quote and even though the weather wasn’t great… the roofers worked around the weather and finished the roofing job professionally and quickly. We are forever grateful for this amazing company and their exceptional customer service. We highly recommend this company !

When we needed to get our roof re-shingled, we quoted the job with a number of different companies but were most impressed with Citadel. Dave was excellent at addressing our concerns and they did a 1st class job. Anytime there is a huge rainstorm I find myself thinking of Citadel and rest easy knowing our roof will protect us.

I had citadel install a partial roof for me and was very pleased with the results. Frank and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. Bruce was very helpful in getting this organized. He gave me very good advice and information. I found this company to be very reasonably priced as well. Would recommend.
