Our friends in sun lakes used them and the roof had a severe leak after they installed new underlament and flashings. The valley channel installed was not per code. They used channel that was approximately 3" on each side of the valley. Code required 11" on each side. There was 3 short pieces of channel in a 6'-7' span. Supposed to be one solid piece. (I have a photo of the valley channel when they came back to fix the leak)

I tried to use this company to work on my flat roof. We agreed to price and had a contractor agreement we have all our contractors fill out that includes references and rules while working on our companies jobs. This company refused to fill it out and would not explain why. I'm not sure if they don't pay taxes but don't waste your time with this company.

We read your list of rules that included all our personal social security numbers and we don't give that out to people we don't know, there is to much identity theft going on and randomly send it across the internet, that is not on a secure site, so for us it is a security issue. And your payment arrangements dose not meet our requirements so I'm sorry we could not get together. I sincerely hope you can find a contractor that can meet your requirements.

I woke up to the ceiling leaking right on top of me in our first monsoon of the season. I was panicked it may rain again before I could get someone out to treat the roof. Circle G showed up the same day to get started. I feel so relieved knowing I’ll have a secure roof for the rest of this rainy season. Joe was friendly, explained the whole process, took photos for me, showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do. The roof looks new. I feel good going through a family owned business too! 10/10

Had a leak from our roof deck drain during the first monsoon storm of the season. I called at 630 am the next morning, and the entire job—refoaming and costing of a ~30 x 10 ft segment of roof—was completed by 10:00 am. The surface is a much flatter, higher quality than the, now, 8 yr old builder installed roof.
