  Absolutely wonderful service! We had a leak that we noticed dripping from the ceiling and we called Cincy Exteriors and Jackson came out the same day, examined the roof, and put up a tarp for us. The tarp even stayed up during the crazy storms we have had! We scheduled a day for them to come out and fix the roof and it was done quickly and efficiently! We will absolutely be using these services again if we notice anything else. Jackson was very kind, helpful , and communicative.

  Love my new roof and gutters! Jackson was easy to work with and very communicative. I had a few needs arise during my time working with him, and he was always fast to respond & able to accommodate my requests. Highly recommend!

  Kraig and his crew did a great job on my roof! Highly recommend. Once they were done they made sure to use one of those big magnet things to grab a bunch of the nails that ended up in the driveway too.

  No cap — if y’all need your roof done, hit up Cris. He’s a straight shooter, tells you exactly what needs to be done, and doesn’t give you the runaround like a lot of other companies. I’ve already done three roofs with him so far, and every single one was handled professionally and done the right way. The crews showed up on time, the work was clean, and everything was finished exactly how it was supposed to be. No headaches, no surprises. At this point he’s my go-to guy and always on speed dial whenever I need roofing work done. If you’re looking for someone reliable who actually stands behind their work and takes care of people, Cris is the one I recommend.

  We had an outstanding experience! They were incredibly responsive and truly understanding of our situation, especially our need to have the roof installed quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed before our house closing, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The price was exceptional, the work was completed exactly as promised, and the new roof looks absolutely amazing. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!
