I had Chillemi roofing redo my roof months ago. As last month my tenants moved out I discovered a leak, called the office several times and no one has returned my call as of yet(two weeks later) I am shocked that my roof and rental property are suffering at the hands of a contractor who doesn't value their customers. I have called another roofing company and will end up paying for repairs they didn't call me back to resolve.

Tried to get an estimate for roof repair. They came out, were polite and professional, but could not get them to give me an estimate for what seemed to be a simple repair. Waited a month and a half, and after numerous attempts to contact them, I moved on.

I've used Chillemi three times. The last project was the biggest, not only replacing my 119-year-old metal roof, but doing it in a fashion that maintained its historic look. They are the only professionals that I've found that know how to work with the Berridge Roof system. Excellent work.

Eugene arrived at my request for service. He was able to estimate the work, and in less than 24 hours he submitted a detailed plan for the repair of my roof. Ella then called and had me on schedule in short order. Just an easy, professional process. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and with a top grade finish. They were such a pleasure to work with, that I had them return to install two skylights. Once again, easy estimate process and coordination of placement with the crew. I can’t recommend this company enough. The crew was as good as you can get. On time polite, professional and tireless. One last note these men were very aware of time and phases of construction with regard to the unpredictable weather here in Brevard County…Thank you Chillemi Restoration for all for the hard work!

After hurricane Nicole I had high anxiety. A large section of my roof had peeled off and it was flooding half of my house. I was so lucky to find Chillemi. It was a complicated repair and another roofer wouldn't even give me an estimate! They were friendly and efficient. The family has run the business for decades. Their crews do the actual work. I've hired many contractors over the years. This was my best experience ever.

Chillemi was able to locate and remediate a leak in my tile roof that had been reoccurring for over 12 months. They quickly determined the location(s) and repaired the source of the water entry areas. In addition they replaced and/or repaired multiple broken tiles. Chillemi was prompt and thorough in their repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them for ANY roofing repairs.

We had been looking for a Roofing Contractor for over a year when we saw the roof installation being preformed by Chillemi Restoration and Roofing, on a historical home up the street. Our home is also a Victorian but we had hail damage and our Ins. Co required the same type and style roof for replacement. Eugene Jr. went to bat for us with our insurance company, and the house now proudly displays the skill and handy work of a beautiful Victorian Metal Shingle roof. I'm writing this review several months following the installation. Our roof has now experienced heavy rain and thunderstorms. We are very happy to say, our home is water tight and we now enjoy the sound of rain on the metal roof.

We appreciate you trusting us to get the job done right on your Victorian roof. We're thrilled you love the results of our work, and we hope you won't hesitate to give us a call with any questions moving forward.

I had my gutters installed by this company and they had great service all the way through. Eugene was very personable and helpful in listening to what I wanted when he came to quote as I had a vague idea of what to ask for. I was very pleased with the price as it was less than I had been expecting. Ella was also great and kept me updated throughout the entire process. In the end I was so happy to how nice they look and how they turned out! Would recommend them for any of your roof needs!
