The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Cherry Town Commercial Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I have used Chris, Cherry Town for years. They have installed new flat and resedential roofs on my properties. Recently they installed a new commercial flat roof on one of my downtown buildings. They are always on time and budget. Never had to worry about them. Chris has always gone above and beyond to make sure it’s done right and to my satisfaction. I would recommend them which is rare for me to do.

Got commercial property? If you dont know Chris and his team you need to get to know them. They know roofing and roofingʻ systems better than anyone- period. They not only help when you have disastrous leaks and other problems, they can help you avoid them by maintaining your commercial roof.

Cherrytown is the hardest working company i have ever seen. We had problem figuring out where the leak was and they onpersevered until it was repaired correctly. Any roof repairs will be excellently taken care of by this company. Very Highly Recommended!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Cherry Town Commercial Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
