  After mold was found in our attic, it led us to a roof leak and a few other issues, and we quickly got pulled into a confusing mix of different roofing opinions and estimates. We were very glad to find Giovanni and his roofing team. Working with them was a real relief during a stressful situation. Giovanni was knowledgeable, practical, and easy to talk to. He never used high-pressure sales tactics and took time to explain the roof system, materials, and repair options in a clear way. Instead of pushing for a full roof replacement, he carefully inspected everything and let us know that only part of the roof needed to be replaced since the section over our first-floor addition was still in good shape. He also checked the roof decking closely and only recommended replacing the areas that truly needed it. Along with the new roofing work, he helped us think through attic ventilation and airflow so the whole system would work better in the Texas heat. In our case, that meant replacing the attic fan and removing an unnecessary ridge vent. We also chose to have the gutters replaced, upgrading from 4-inch to 6-inch gutters, and the crew connected them smoothly to our existing drainage setup. The workmanship was solid from start to finish. When one section along a difficult roofline had a small drip, Giovanni came back and fixed it himself with no extra charge. After seeing the roof and gutter system perform well through strong rain, we feel confident that the quality of the installation was a major improvement. We are very happy with the roofing crew, their honesty, and their attention to detail, and we would gladly recommend them for any roof repair, roof replacement, ventilation, or gutter work in the future.

There were no unexpected issues, and the whole process felt organized and professional. Even though we planned the roof replacement during a cooler season, the crew showed up as scheduled and finished faster than expected. They worked efficiently, kept the jobsite clean, and made sure everything was installed the right way. In the TX heat, having a durable metal roof that can handle strong sun and help with energy efficiency gave us even more confidence in our choice. We are extremely happy with the final result.   We had water getting in around our windows and along the exterior, so I called for a roofing inspection. Giovanni came out the same day and explained that the problem was a mix of an aging roof system and water working in behind the siding. He and the crew helped us through the insurance process, meeting with the adjuster more than once, and they were able to get coverage approved for a new roof and new siding. Throughout the job, we worked with Giovanni and Mateo as project managers. Both were very knowledgeable, easy to reach, and quick to answer every question or concern. It was one of the best experiences we have had with a roofing contractor. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. The installation crew worked hard on both the roof replacement and the siding work, stayed professional, and did a great job cleaning up when everything was done. The house looks great now, and we are very happy with the results.
