Seth at Chastain came out and gave us a prompt and reasonable quote, which we decided to accept after considering several others. The day of the work, the crew was prompt and courteous. The new roof is beautiful, and didn't break the bank.

We chose Chastain Roofing because we liked their quality roofing and gutter selections. They were very thorough explaining the process before the job started. Even though there was a bit of miscommunication (on our part, not theirs) they were willing to work with us and went above and beyond. The office staff (Ari) was wonderful as well and always answered our phone calls and relayed messages promptly . Working with Brad made the process incredibly easy and I would highly recommend Chastain.

Chastain Roofing put a roof on my home in Emory Springs subdivision Oct . . I can not say enough good things about my experience Seth Parks and Aire worked with me. Seth came out and within 24 hours Aire called and set up a date to do the job. They went over a checklist, and I chose a shingle color. It was ordered. Within 3 days I was contacted and informed a crew would arrive around 6 or 6:30 am and my old roof would be removed and new roof would be put on in one day, clean up would be taken care of and the next day they would make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Amazing, amazing work! The crew was very professional, working so hard, and very dedicated to making everything just right. I posted a awesome picture of the crew atop my house that Oct. morning. Truly a great job don by all. Chastain Roofing gets the highest rating. Call Seth Parks 864-238-9463 I'm Sherry Krajca a very happy customer!

I was very pleased with the service that Chastain provided in regards to the roofing project they just completed. Seth was extremely helpful in identifying the problem and providing recommendations for addressing those issues in a very transparent, professional and efficient manner. The repair crew took their time during the repair work to make sure that the work was done correctly. Thanks to the Chastain team for making this project go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.
