I paid. Almost 9.000.00 for my roof before. They even started. Part of my roof was not done

This was an insurance approved job. You paid your deductible and that’s it insurance paid for roof after it was completed. Five days after you signed , this was also six months ago. I don’t understand why the bad review now . If you have an issue you are under warranty. Free to reach out to the office at any time.

We had roofing damage from hurricane Ian. When i contacted them they responded immediately. The team from Chappelle did an excellent job on the rafter tail repairs and broken plywood from a tree. They were on the roof doing tear off just as the sun was rising and stayed to finish it until 7pm. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend Chappelle roofing.
