  This company does not take responsibility for their actions. We contracted to put on a metal roof and even had diagrams showing what panels go where. Then when the roof was finished, here a third of the roof has some kind of rolled shingle looking roof. I tried to ask them how I was supposed to know that a third of the roof was going to have a shingle looking roof. They would not answer me. They put a lean on the property and would not answer my question on what I could have done different. I had worked with lots of contractors that did my roofs and would not recommend this company

  Had Kingdom Roofing put a new tile roof on my home 4 years ago. Since then I have had to go up on the roof multiple times to fix slipping tiles that were never even screwed in, they are just laying there. I don't appreciate a poor job! R Riley

  Poor look by Kingdom Roofing. Park your work truck in the fire lane, obstructing a busy driveway while you run into Publix liquor store to buy alcohol. Not quite the integrity I would be looking for from a contractor.

  Hello, we reviewed your photos and spoke with the driver, and the vehicle was not parked. You can clearly see in the photos that the brake lights of our truck are on, as are the brake lights of the vehicle directly in front of our truck. The lights on our truck are not running lights, as there are no headlights shining on the vehicle in front, which would be clearly visible in the photos. Our employee was in traffic, not parked in a fire lane. We appreciate your concern as we certainly want our drivers obeying all traffic laws.

  Idk the quality of their roofing but their office/admin here is as low quality as it could possibly be. They pickup phone calls MAYBE 1 in 10 tries during business hours and do not call you back. It took me 30 phone calls to get through. Then, after coming out, no estimate was sent for 2 weeks. Another 30 phone calls later, they called to say they could not do the job. As a business owner, I know finding good help is hard but even still this is just unacceptable.

  (So I spoke to Scott as mentioned in the response below- All clarifications are in parenthesis) DO NOT USE Kingdom Roofing whom completed a new roof 08/26/22 on a commercial building where we have our business. The first rainfall was a major downpour on 08/29/22 resulted in water pouring in through the lights, vents and ran down the walls flooding everything. Note: The owner of the bldg had just completed a full renovation on his side a week prior. (I have since spoken to Scott at Kingdom Roofing and he said the roof did not fail, (it passed the county inspection) the drainage was the problem. Scott does not like the word failed, and that is his issue with my initial review. A roof is ultimately to keep out the elements and keep the building water tight, which it did not, so I believe FAILED IS the correct term. He wants to argue semantics with the wording.) Kingdom Roofing was called immediately and they blamed the owner for not connecting the new under sized scupper boxes (we have verified and yes they did replace the scupper boxes, Scott said they reused the old ones - not true), roof drains and emptying downspouts that were full of construction debris. NOT the Owners job! Serve Pro was called by Kingdom and they were there that evening and started drying out the building. The next morning Serve Pro stated the space was not able to be occupied and they started gutting flooring, ceilings and walls. Kingdom Roofing was given three opportunities to make the roof right, and all three times it did not pass inspection (or still leaked - remember Scott doesn't like the word failed). Kingdom Roofing has since put a lien on the building for payment. 5 months later (now 6), we (owner and tenant) are still fighting with Kingdom's Insurance for repairs, loss of income, moving expenses etc. We have received ZERO compensation, yet Kingdom Roofing is still doing business no problem, and we are being raked over the

  Initially we were told the roof replacement would take a short amount of time. As hurricane Irma was approaching just days away and progress was moving devastatingly slow, they decided they wouldn’t be able to complete the roof in time and abandoned the project leaving us to suffer the effects of the hurricane without a roof on, just the underlayer of plastic and piles of tiles on the roof. Unsurprisingly, we had some major leaking due to not having a completed roof and they told us that they would not be responsible for any rain or wind damage at all, and we should just make an insurance claim to take care of the damages. Additionally, the entire top of our chimney was removed and sitting on the roof, I’m not sure if it was from the storm or what but they made no mention of the fact that we had no top to the chimney and we didn’t realize it until weeks later, after which more damage had occurred. Currently they are not taking any calls - no phone numbers connect to a human or even to a voicemail! You have to go to their website and ask for an estimate quote to get someone to get back to you - but they probably won’t. We had to physically show up at the business to get any response. Overall the work was OK. There was no mention that we would have an unsightly white layer visible beneath the tiles (the old tile roof didn’t have that) they just flippantly replied “well you can paint it.” Nails were everywhere, and naturally found their way into tires. Overall a big disappointment: slow progress, high prices, lack of customer service - would not recommend.

My understanding is the home belongs to your ex-wife so I'm not sure why we are dealing with you. As you were informed by Taylor we decided not to do the repair as it was done in poor fashion by another company.   I had problem with my skylight and my roofer was nowhere to be found. Among all the roofers I contacted, I chose Chad from Kingdom Roofing not only because he was one of the first one to respond, but because he was the only one who very professionally indicated other things that were going on that would need attention in the future. At the time of the repair, I was very happy with how knowledgeable, professional and meticulously they were. They did a great job. I would definitely hire them again. If need be.

  Chad Morrison from Kingdom Roofing came over my house today. I thought I had a roof leak due to stains on my room ceiling. I called Chad because I had dealt with him before and knew him to be honest and truthful about the problem I had with the roof. This time it turned out to be an A/C issue and a leaking duct. Chad showed me pictures he took of what was going on and told me I had no roof problem.
