  I just stepped in another nail that this company left behind. They did my roof and after asking them to change plywood if needed ( I would pay for it) they didn’t. I could see bad plywood on the inside because I had a hole in my ceiling. Other companies have always cleaned after installing and they never leave anything behind. I have kids and dogs so this is a liability. I cleaned the yard but I co tubule to find nails. How can you do such a poor job and call yourself family pride? To your reply: my husband and I left several messages and I believe an email. I also told your people to replace whatever plywood that was bad and we will pay difference. When I came back from work and because my ceiling collapse I could see a water stain on the plywood because my living room had no ceiling. If I had water coming in through there and plywood looks damage common sense tells me plywood needs to be replaced but hey common sense is a super power these days.

  They installed our roof 11 years ago. Did a good job. It's still under warranty. 2 weeks ago after a big rain we had a leak. We have called and emailed multiple times and they have not replied.

  November 24, 2022 I need someone to contact me regarding my roof installation from June of 2021. I have damage do to improper or incorrect installation of the dryer roof vent. My attic is and has been exposed to warm, moist air while the dryer is in use that is rotting the framing, mold growth on surrounding AC ducts and is ruining the surrounding attic insulation, and lint from the dryer could be createing other problems I am unable to see as well. Attic mold can cause health problems from allergies to mental health impairments. Mold is not something you want in your home! Laundry lint, consisting primarily of cotton and synthetic fibers, is obviously quite flammable. Its continued accumulation in an attic space can pose a significant fire hazard. Dryer exhaust contains the water that has been extracted from wet laundry. When this steam vents into the attic, condensation on the wood framing can lead to fungus and dry rot damage. Provided the roof vent was not installed correctly or the wrong kind of vent was installed when your company replaced my roof last year I am hoping your company will fix these damages. If hurricane Ian didn't cause leaks I may have not found this serious health and hazardous issue until it became much worse. This is my 4th attempt trying to rectify the situation. I would like someone to contact me by email within 2 business days of receiving this email with some information on how we can resolve this matter . Thank you for your cooperation concerning this matter. If I don't hear back from someone I will take that as a sign your company doesn't have a good faith effort to make things right. I was told there was a 10 years workmanship warranty.

  I spent several weeks trying to get them to commit to replacing my roof after the hurricane. It took me over a week just to get them to provide an estimate. Based on recommendations from others I decided to go ahead and use them even though they were the highest estimate. I spent the last two weeks trying to get them to reply to me regarding hiring them, and I still haven't heard from them. Save your time and go with another company like Westfall Roofing, who actually came out to my home to provide me with an estimate that was lower and better than Family Pride.

  Called this business multiple times, for estimate on a steel roof repair. Receive one call back, and a no-show. I understand things happen in construction. I don't understand not returning calls.

  Erik at Family Pride Roofing was my hero today! I developed a minor leak in my 2023 manufactured home. (The roof was not put on by Family Pride). Erik was prompt returning my calls. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will refer Family Pride Roofing to my neighbors and friends and family.

  I would highly recommend Family Pride Roofing. I just had my roof done because it was 20yrs old and probably wouldn’t withstand another hurricane. These guys won’t do you wrong. They are professionals, did a most perfect job, and the cleanup was amazing!
