  I cant get these guys to answer the phone for a repair to a warrantied roof that is already leaking and doing damage.

  Don't be fooled by the reviews!! Called ABC investigative reporter !!! Called BBB !!! Coastal Roofing replaced my roof 5 years ago, cut out the opening for additional roof vents but left 4 foot of opening no paper and shingled over the opening causing my shingled to blow out.. wasn't aware of the major shoddy job and paid them for repairs after hurricane Ian. After last year's storms blew out the shingles again leaving open hole on missing roof vent.. then I became aware of cut up opening that was not vented. Coastal Roofing refused to pay back for the first repair and the expense of having an emergency tarp put on after Ian.

  It is really sad to read this review knowing this is false. #1 you state in your own review that you had tarps on the roof before the replacement. Why would you have a tarp if you had not damage or old leaks? #2 I personally went up into your tight attic and inspected it. It was indeed an old leak ( I wish I could upload pictures or videos in here to show what was really going on) #3 in the beginning of your review, you say you like your new roof, but at the end you say you are truly unhappy with the company. Why are you not happy with our company ? You like our end result, you are just mad and left a bad review because we refused to fix and old and existing leak? You know, If it really was caused by us, I gad no problem taking care of it. However you know and I know for 1000% that it was a very old leak. Anyway, if you are reading this and you thing about hiring us and this review makes you nervous, just ask and I will share with you the additional media I have, and will let you be the judge on how old that leak was. Unfortunately I can't upload it here into this reply. The owner could upload the pictures of their ceilings to show the world, but they chose not to. This review makes me upset because it is false.   They scheduled an appointment for a date and time frame. My wife took the day off work to accommodate them. Never showed up during the time frame or at all for that matter. Very unreliable company, and could only imagine the workmanship. Dodged a bullet with these clowns!

  Hello Ashley, I checked my records and I see that we have generated a 2 proposals for you in 24 hours from your initial call to our company. We did exactly what we have to do. You called on 3.22.23 and next day on 3.23.23 you had the proposals sent to you. One for shingle roof, and one for shingle and flat roof. I also see that you have viewed them. Now I understand why you might be upset with your insurance company claim. As many companies DO advertise that they will make the claim on your behalf, if you assign all the benefits and rights to them. And they claim they will handle the claim process. We do not advertise that, and we do not take that responsibility on our company. Everyone has their way of doing business. What we do is the cost estimate and proposal which we have done for you in timely manner. You present that to your insurance company ( and maybe they ask for several more of them from other roofers ) and you submit the claim as the homeowner. Handling all your insurance requests in the process is not something we advertise or promise to our clients. It is sad for me to see a 1 star review on our business page, just because something is going on with your insurance company claim. I know Ian was a devastating storm that made a lot of damage and brought a lot of stress for residents in our local community. Hope your insurance company does what they need to do with the claim you have. In the meantime I will have to void out the proposals we provided for you assuming if you rate us a 1 star you are not planning to work with us in the future. No hard feelings. You have the right to choose your contractor for the project, and I guess we have the right to choose the project we want to work on. Sorry it didn't work out.

  Overall very good quality work and fast service provided. Estimates were completed timely and fair price was estimated. Work to repair was done within couple days as agreed and was done professionally and quicker than estimated. Thank you team for your help.

  Exceptional service from beginning to end of the process. Transparent pricing and no surprises. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, experienced and customer service oriented. The project was managed , the team showed up when they said they would, the manger came onsite several times and spoke with me directly to ensure all needs were met.Communication was on point and I received copies and photos of all work for my records and my insurance company. The best local roofer. I passed up several others whom I met with, received quotes and went with Coastal Roofing because they truly care about the customer and doing the job right the first time !   Sam and his crew replaced the roof on my rental property without any issues. I live in a completely different state and everything was communicated remotely. Elina made the whole process was very smooth and clear. The final product looks great. These are honest people, doing honest work, what more can you ask for. Thank you Coastal Roofing.
