  Don't ever use these people, was quoted for repairs on my roof and they completely forgot a part on my backside and now I have water damage. Now they are saying it wasnt part of their job, when it was clearly on the proposal! They when I tell him to leave my property since he isnt standing by his work he threatens to call the police on me for marijuana smell in my house...i have a medical card not that its any of your business. Thank god for technology with emails and pictures because I will be pursuing this further

  Mr Austin, We are a Local Roofing Company that helps thousands of your neighbors. There was nothing missed with our repairs that we did after Hurricane Ian. Your Roof is easily 15 years plus. Your Roof Is shot! You also have new damage to your roof from the recent Hurricanes just last year. The area you are questioning was already repaired by another contractor, it is very easy to spot by the wrong color shingles installed. Instead of cussing me out, You should be calling whoever repaired that area before and the other areas, as you can see in photos by the wrong colored shingles. We are also Animal Lovers and the home reeked of Marijuana, you might have a Medical card but I don't think exposing Animals to that is very safe. Sorry we could not come to a resolution.   The job wasn't completed to begin with. Tony failed to install the gutters on time as we agreed to. After my complaint and request to cancel, he installed the gutters anyway without my consent. He left a mess around the house and demanded immediate payment and sent me threatening emails that he would put a lease on my property. Be aware he would intimidate you with lies, saying that no matter if you didn't sign anything, you're going to pay, and he would put a lien on your property. This has been by far the worst contractor I have ever delayed with. Don't believe what Tony says cause he has no word, and if he is threatening you like he did to me, contact a lawyer.

  Does not honor their contracts! They made a mistake on measurements and then tried to add an additional $7k to the cost after the contract had already been signed. And the point is not trying to get a roof for a discount, it's about HONORING a written contract. But that's ok, BBB & FL licensing have both had a complaint filed!

  Leggett roofing failed to remove the screen ( which is a code violation) when they installed the roof vent for my dryer. My brand new GE dryer wouldn't dry clothes, so I called a dryer vent duct cleaning company. When he went up on the roof, he found the screen plugged solid with an inch of lint built up on the screen that the roofers failed to remove. He said, "you are lucky you didn't have a fire". He removed the screen and now the dryer works great. I have several complaints about Leggett roofing and this is just one.

  We had a new roof installed last fall and it took over 2 months to finish. After they dropped off the supplies on top of the roof it was 4 weeks before they started. Some days the worked a few hours and some days they didn't show up at all. It took 2 months to finish and they did a bad job all around. After the bad rains we've had lately the roof started to leak around the fireplace. The owner came out and said it wasnt his problem because his roof jobs don't leak. It is now being fixed by a professional who found many problems with the installation around the fireplace. I know that he has a lot of 5 star reviews but he really screwed my son and I hope it doesn't happen to you. I might add that the owner lives across the street and he never once walked across the street to check on the job even when called about problems. If any one has questions we have pictures to back this reviews up.

  Hello Nancy, Nice to meet you! Your Review is False! Your Son Matt's Roof & Gutters were installed last year November 24. We had two Hurricanes in October of last year which would have caused any delays. We Removed and Replaced the roof in a timely manner as normal. Matt Brought About some issues referring to damaged soffit and Stucco by the front door. Both very minor, were repaired and Matt liked the end result. We also installed all new Gutters around the Entire Home for a discounted Price. Last Year Matt Called into the office about a leak. I came out personally (The Owner) and even got into the attic with your son Matt and Showed him the wood rot occurring inside the actual Chimney itself. I Climbed on the roof and found the chimney to be cracking very badly and the chimney cap to be crooked/damaged. I Recommended That He Looks into getting the chimney Re-stucco and a New Cap Installed. He Told Me that he had someone caulk and seal the chimney. Fast Forward 1 Year Later, He called us back about a leak. Again, I the Owner Personally go out to inspect and Found the Chimney to be the source of the leak. We are not a Stucco Contractor or a Chimney Contractor. I offered to Matt that Day and My offer is still available, that if you get the chimney fix, then we can Install the flashing and the roof around the chimney for Free. That way the roof would still be in warranty with Leggett Roofing.  It really is a shame that you would try and Slander a Family Local Owned Business. We have Helped both of Your sons Neighbors and Many Many More all Around him. We are company built on Integrity; we do what we say we will do every time! Thats Why we have so many 5 Star Reviews. I am the Owner and I also Check almost every Job, I also have the Photos to back up everything I am Saying. You or Matt Can Call me anytime Tony Leggett

  We called leggett roofing for a new new roof and they were very easy to work with. They gave us a few different options for shingle roofs and metal,and we opted for the metal roof on our house and a detached garage.. His crews that did the work were all nice and did a great job. They also did a great job with connecting the roof to the florida room roof which is a different type of roof. We even added gutters in with the job. We could not be happier with our new roof! I would definitely recommend them for a new roof.

  I made the right choice in choosing Leggett Roofing. From the very first encounter with Tony, until the finished project they provided us with professional courtesy and went way beyond our expectations.   Leggett Roofing gave us a fair price and completed the work in 2 days. They cleaned up around the house by hand and by magnet to pick up all debris. Although they didn't speak much English, the roofers were polite, efficient and professional.
