OMG... I cant say enough good things about Zack and his crew. They were amazing. On time, very professional, clean up was off the charts. They had my roof done in one day. It looks amazing too by the way. I would recommend him and his crew to do your roof hands down. Thank you again Zack...your the best

We had an excellent experience with this roofing company! From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. They were respectful of our time, communicated clearly, and showed up when they said they would. What impressed us the most was their honesty. They didn’t try to pressure us into buying a new roof or upsell us on services we didn’t need. Instead, they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain their findings, and recommend only what was actually necessary. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely puts their customers first. They went above and beyond our expectations, and the quality of their work was excellent. We truly appreciated their professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. We’ll absolutely be contacting them again for any future roofing needs, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable roofing company!

Jason and his crew were pretty great! The crew had a work ethic that was impressive. They put on a fortified roof (after removing layers of shingles)in a day and half and Jason was on site the entirety. Very impressive. They cleaned up afterwards also. Pleasant experience would highly recommend!

There are good contractors, and there are great contractors. Then there is Chance Roofing Solutions. We hired Zac and his team to GC an entire exterior home renovation. The project went off without a problem of any kind. Great communication and outstanding work by all involved. Zac and his team closely supervised all of the subs and were onsite ensuring all work was done to his standards. We cannot recommend this team enough. Very glad we found them and could not be happier either outcome.

Zach and Angela are AMAZING! They exceeded all expectations. The exterior of our home recieved a makeover. New roof, new gutters, new screens, new ventilation in attic, and new garage doors were managed by Chance Roofing Solutions. They even recommended a painter that did a wonderful job. I smile every time I see my home.
