  i started looking for a new roof a while ago and wanted a roofing company that was responsive, patient, and easy to work with. From the beginning, they answered my questions, shared helpful roofing details, and provided plenty of reference jobs so i could feel confident about the roof replacement process. I also received another quote that was a little lower, but this team was much faster to respond and far easier to communicate with, so paying a bit more felt worth it for the better service and professionalism. They were flexible with scheduling and worked around my family’s plans so the roofing work could be completed while we were away, which was really helpful since a full tear-off and installation can be loud. We had a new roof and gutter system installed in Hemet, and the whole job went smoothly. emmanuel and joe were great to work with, and each day they explained what would be happening on the project. The roofing crew was professional, kept the property clean at the end of each day, and the workmanship looked excellent throughout the installation. I also appreciated that they let me save many of the old cedar shingles so I could reuse them on a small backyard project. Overall, the service, communication, cleanup, and roofing quality were all very good, and i would gladly use them again.

  After reading several reviews, I called for a roof inspection and an estimate for a leak around our chimney flashing. This was the third roofing company I contacted in Hemet, and they were by far the most helpful and responsive. Emmanuel came out, carefully checked the roof, inspected the problem area around the chimney, and explained the repair plan in clear, easy terms. He was thorough, professional, and made sure we understood the estimate and the scope of the roofing work. The repair was completed just a few days later. The crew worked efficiently, and the roof repair was done quickly and properly. After some heavy rain, the real test came, and I’m happy to say the leak was gone and the inside of our home stayed completely dry.   My son and I hired a roofing contractor to replace an old flat roof on our house that had several worn-out layers and hidden damage. A few roofers suggested putting a new roofing system right over the old material, but that did not seem like the right fix. This crew explained that the damaged layers and underlayment needed to be removed first so the roof deck could be checked and repaired the right way. Their roofing estimate was very fair, and they also agreed to handle extra work that other contractors did not want to take on, including repairing holes in the fascia and adjusting a downspout for better drainage. Once the tear-off started, they found more damage under the existing roof than anyone could see from the surface, so the project took longer than first expected. Even with that, Russell, Joe, Emmanuel, and the rest of the crew stayed professional, kept us updated, and answered every question with care and respect. The new flat roof looks excellent, the repair work around the fascia was done well, and the drainage setup is much better now. They paid attention to detail, worked hard, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished. Everyone involved was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I would gladly hire this roofing team again for any future roof repair or replacement.

  After all the heavy rain, we finally found the roof leaks in our home. We needed a roofer fast, and Joe was able to come out during a break in the weather to inspect the roof and take care of the repair. He got up there, checked everything carefully, and pointed out all the areas that needed attention. A few days later, he returned and completed the roof repair, which helped us avoid more interior drywall damage.   We can’t say enough good things about Russell and the crew. We bought an older home that badly needed an exterior update, especially the roof and siding. Russell came out, looked over everything carefully, and helped us plan the right roofing and exterior work for the house. They installed a beautiful cedar shingle roof, cedar shingle siding with a nice front detail, and built a large back deck. The whole project was completed exactly how we wanted. The roof installation was finished in about a day and a half, and the crew returned more than once to make sure stray nails were picked up and the property was left clean. The solar panels were removed and reinstalled by a subcontractor with no issues, and the whole project felt organized from start to finish. i would use them again and highly recommend Manuel for anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement. the crew was efficient, the cleanup was solid, and the overall service made a stressful roofing job much easier. overall, a very good experience.

  i called about a roof replacement, and they came out right away to inspect the roof and give me a quote. they answered all of my questions clearly and gave very helpful advice about shingles, ventilation, and the best roofing options for my home in Hemet. The warranty was strong, and the whole team showed a lot of knowledge and experience. They worked with the insurance company fast and helped move everything along without stress. Joe was very patient, responsive, and easy to talk to. They brought color samples and helped me pick a shingle color that looked right with my house and worked well for the sunny weather in Hemet. The roofing materials were delivered on time, and the new shingles were installed quickly. The crew did a great job, cleaned up all the debris and nails well, and left the property looking neat. very pleased with the service, very smooth process, and definitely the best roofer i have worked with.   We recently had new gutters and downspouts installed as part of a roofing drainage upgrade, and the whole job was clean, fast, and professional. Our old gutter system was not handling runoff well, especially with trees dropping debris all year, and during heavy rain the gutters would overflow and cause drainage problems around the foundation. Russell took time to inspect the roofline and drainage setup, explain the issues clearly, and recommend the right fix. The work included larger 6-inch gutters, 3x4 downspouts, and micro-screen gutter guards to improve water flow and help keep leaves and debris out. The new system looks great, fits the home well, and should reduce the need for roof and gutter cleaning.
