Estimator was rude and when I asked if he was mad at me he said yes. Very unprofessional interaction.

Hi Joe, We apologize if any of our estimators came across rude in anyway. Our estimators are both very kind and have no reason to be upset with a potential client. We do not have your contact info or any info on a Joe Avila in our records. Please reach out to us at (503) 760-9000 or email us at office@roofingcrs.com. We would like to hear your experience and address this with our estimators if this did in fact take place. Thank you so much for your time and we appreciate the feedback. Thank you, Carlos Roofing Systems Team

We had a great experience with this roofing company. They repaired our roof quickly and professionally, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team was punctual, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. Thank you for the outstanding service

We had our roof replaced a couple of years ago and didn't properly vent the soffits to match the new roofing design. Fernado came out to give a quote for adding smart venting and a ridge vent. Rather than provide the quote I called about, …

INCREDIBLE Job! I recently had CRS put a new roof on my house and it was truly a great experience. Fernando came recommended from two family members as well as a neighbor and fellow employees on an internal “homeowners” discussion channel at work. He and his team showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job on my new roof (40 shingles) and did a great post-project cleanup all around the permitter of the home. We also had him replace some cracked fascia boards and replace three skylights. We really appreciated that the crew brought their own portable restroom—it made a multi-day project much easier and showed great thoughtfulness. It looks amazing and I am very happy to be heading into Fall with a new, great looking roof. I highly recommend Fernando and his team at Certified Roofing Services (CRS). 100% recommend!

We are very pleased with our roof! Fernando was great and easy to work with, he took the time to explain how the roofing system worked and all that it entailed. He was on time, cleaned up daily and we had a really positive experience! Highly recommend Fernando!

Fernando is a great businessman and I can’t thank him enough for helping me get some overhanging branches off my roof and gutters.

They came by earlier today and offered to do a free gutter cleaning service! We had our shingles replaced by them a long while back, I want to say 2017 or so, and remembered us after all those years just to give a free gutter cleaning. This …

Fernando and Certified Roofing Services came highly recommended to us by a neighbor who had her roof redone in 2020, and he and his team far surpassed any expectations we had. Fernando and his team at CRS are professional, personable, provide high-quality workmanship, and are very competitively priced. Fernando was open and honest about the scope of the work, and he and his team worked tirelessly to complete our roof within a reasonable amount of time. They were meticulous about cleaning up every nail, shingle, and scrap from our yard at the end of each day. Fernando is personable, kind, and passionate about doing things well. If you are in need of a new roof, Certified Roofing Specialists is the best option around.

Would highly recommend working with CRS for your roof-related needs. Fernando and his team came out to inspect the roof that they installed a few months before I purchased my home, and even helped clean some moss off of some hard to reach areas and flush out some clogged gutters; was pleased with the work they did!

Met Fernando as he was working on the neighbor's roof and he pointed out that we have a missing shingle on our house. We would not have known since it is in the very top of the roof and at weird angle. He helped us fix it for great price. Good guy, very professional. Will get a quote from him. Thank you, Fernando!
