The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Central Florida Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
5 more of the 5 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

My roof was damaged by Hurricane Irma. Central Florida Roofing and Aluminum replaced the roof and did quality work in a timely manner. Bill was easy to work with and got the job done with no hassles. Communication was excellent, which is refreshing these days. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. JH

Bill replaced my shingle roof after a storm in N. Ft. Myers. No issues as long as I lived there. Moved to Lake Placid 20 years ago and he installed a metal roof on my new house. Issue free for 20 years. Great job on both of my houses!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Central Florida Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
