I attempted to get a bid from Cascade and it never happened. I used their website to get a free quote and the bidder just showed up unannounced and started climbing on my roof. Didn't knock or call just showed-up and started climbing on my roof. After about 10-mins. they said they would send me a bid, but this never happened and no call back or nothing. After seeing their reviews I was very interested in getting a bid, but ended-up going with a different contractor due to no response or bid.

Absolute Elite Professionalism and Integrity! I cannot recommend Mike Griffin and Cascade Roofing highly enough. Mike demonstrated a level of professional dedication and work ethic that is incredibly rare to find. He traveled nearly 4 hours and 216 miles round-trip all the way from Orem to East Carbon to personally scale a roof with a ladder and perform an extensive structural assessment for a property I was researching. He delivered an exceptionally thorough, high-quality estimate by the very next afternoon, complete with detailed aerial rooftop photos documenting the exact status of the structure. When a reckless and completely dishonest listing agent severely mishandled the property's availability timeline—wasting hours of our time—Mike proved himself to be a true partner of the highest caliber. Even when the deal fell through solely due to the agent's severe lack of professional transparency, Mike handled the aftermath with total grace, class, and understanding. Mike Griffin is honest, meticulous, highly responsive, and a complete master of his trade. Further, he has a straightforward, non-nonsense approach. If you want a contractor who operates with true integrity, protects your interests, and delivers top-tier professional results, look no further than Mike and Cascade Roofing. I will absolutely be using his services for all my future restoration projects!

The experience from start to finish was excellent! It’s refreshing to find a company you can trust to do what they say they will do and work to meet and even exceed expectations. They removed our old roof in a day and had the new roof on the following day. Exceptional quality work. We couldn’t be happier.

Hey! You guys actually answered the phone! :-) ANS returned my calls. Very good work was done. Everything has a nice tight seal and it looks good. It was very easy to work with you guys to get scheduled and I really appreciate the prior efforts you made to help stop the terrible leaking problem we had - though it was to no avail. So it was easy to schedule a roof replacement and you guys did excellent work. I will be recommending you to anybody who needs roof work and plan on calling you when I need help with other projects.

We got a fair price and most importantly we have the job done very well. Several in our neighborhood went with cheater companies and have had problems. We have had none.
