Left my garage roof open to the rain and I was up there at midnight in heavy downpour trying to tarp it. Did not replace all the metal hardware on the roof as they promised. Rebuilt part of roof but it was so uneven they had to do it again. Now a few years later one of the sheathing (plywood) seams is leaking because they used the wrong thickness for replacement. Just a terrible job and a terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Creepy older guy came to my place for a quote, stepped in my living room and started looking around asking who lives in the house. He then sees a picture of my wife and makes a comment about her attractiveness. I was stunned or I probably would kicked him out right then. Their quote was $7k above the next highest quote as well.

Called for estimate. The guy says " we don't do residential repair". Ok, how about a quote replacing it? "Well...I'm looking at the house on google and it's too tall ! " ? I tell him, it's the carport I want done ! " …

Thank you for your interest in our Company. We run 6-8 men crews and would not be a good match for your small project. I am sorry you did not appreciate the prompt review of your project online so as not to waste your valuable time. Excellent service, the ability to discuss and review your job online, along with assistance in providing a referral regarding your project is not a "clown show".

They worked carefully, respected my property, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The workmanship was top-notch, and the pricing was fair.
