Shawn and the crew were excellent. Carter Brothers Roof Repair was not the cheapest roofing estimate we received, but their proposal was the most detailed and complete, and that gave us real peace of mind. Shawn was very customer focused and made it clear that the goal was to make sure we were fully satisfied, and that is exactly how it turned out. They replaced our entire roof and all of the gutters, and the workmanship was top notch from start to finish. The team also installed metal wrap on the exterior wood trim, which added strong protection and cut down on future maintenance. They handled a few other small roofing and exterior repair items at the same time, and everything was done with care, skill, and attention to detail. In Orange Park, with the strong sun, heat, and heavy rain, it was important to us to choose a roofer that used solid materials and did clean, dependable work. The roof system and gutter work have held up beautifully, and we are still very happy with the results. We felt comfortable through the whole process, communication was easy, and the finished job looks great. We would absolutely recommend them very highly.

We had a full new roof put on after a storm, and the whole process went very well. we were a little concerned about some missing shingles, but david inspected everything first and made sure the roof was stable enough to wait until installation day. They were able to schedule the roofing job sooner than expected, and the crew finished it quickly and efficiently. At the start of a busy time, the team was very respectful when communication was needed. i felt confident in the crew doing the roofing work, and it was reassuring to see the supervisors stop by to make sure everything was going the right way. The installers worked hard, paid attention to detail, and made the project feel organized from start to finish. They even came back a second day for extra yard cleanup because they wanted to make sure no roofing debris or nails were left behind. that level of care really stood out to us. the service was professional, prompt, and thoughtful, and i always recommend them to others in Orange Park who need roof repair or a new roof.

Our experience with Carter Brothers Roof Repair was very pleasant. We had storm-related roof damage on the house and detached garage, and the garage exterior was also replaced. Jace, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helped us choose colors that matched the home well. He also brought in roofing experts early on to address older leak and water intrusion problems caused by a poor original roof design. David was the project manager for the roofing work and arranged custom metal flashing to correct trouble spots where the roof ties into the log exterior. Max oversaw the garage exterior portion and made sure everything was completed the way we wanted. The crew did excellent flashing work around the stone areas, and the attention to detail really stood out. Because the project had a few complicated roofing issues, the owner stopped by in advance, reviewed everything carefully, and helped work through the insurance process so the needed repairs were covered properly. The new roof system and related exterior work look great, the property has much better protection from rain and heat, and we would definitely use them again. Once the new garage doors are installed, everything will be fully finished.

Carter Brothers Roof Repair replaced our metal roof, and the whole roofing process was smooth from start to finish. Their representative was polite, professional, and easy to work with, and it was great to see the install crew treated with respect and managed well on the job. The new metal roof looks excellent, and the workmanship really stands out. During the installation, the crew cleaned up at the end of every day and kept the property neat the entire time, even when I said they could wait until the project was finished. They stayed organized, careful, and consistent throughout the roof replacement. Communication was simple, everything was handled as promised, and the project moved along without problems. After heavy Florida rain and strong storm weather in Orange Park, the roof has held up perfectly without a single leak. I highly recommend them for metal roofing and roof replacement work.

Carter Brothers Roof Repair replaced our old asphalt shingle roof with a clean new metal roofing system, and the whole roof replacement turned out great. The roof was very steep and had several dormers and other details, so it was not a simple job, but Eugene, David, and Max handled the work with skill and care. The crew stayed productive through the warm Orange Park weather and worked steadily during most of the daylight hours to keep the project moving. They followed a clear, methodical process and finished in a little over a week. We appreciated how well they managed the more complex parts of the roofing work, including the flashing and the areas around roof features. Communication was strong from start to finish, and any questions or small issues were addressed right away. We also asked for gutter add-ons to help with a couple of rain barrels, and that extra work was handled without any trouble. We were very happy with both the roofing process and the final result.

We have not had the new roof installed yet, but the whole starting process was very easy and smooth. I called to have someone come out and look at a few shingles that I thought might need replacement, but after the inspection it turned out the roof had more damage than I expected. Shawn was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He explained the roofing issues clearly, went over the condition of the shingles and decking, and helped me understand why a full roof replacement was the better option. I also asked about financing and honestly did not think I would qualify because of my credit history, but I was happily surprised to be approved. That really made a big difference for us. Thanks to Shawn and the financing option, we are now able to move forward with a new roof. So far the experience has been positive, professional, and stress free, and we are looking forward to the installation crew coming out.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. They were with us from the start of the insurance process all the way through the final roof and exterior repairs, and they made everything feel easy and well organized. Even the insurance adjuster seemed very satisfied with how clearly everything was handled. They kept us updated the whole time on the roof work, water damage repairs, gutters, and downspouts, so we always knew what was happening next. The crew paid attention to the details and installed the gutters the right way under the drip edge instead of taking shortcuts. In Florida’s heavy rain and storm season, that kind of proper roofing and drainage work really matters. Everyone was professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and the finished roof looks great. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone in Orange Park who needs dependable roofing service. You really can’t go wrong choosing this roofing company.
