Too many nails sticking out my roof, roof ridge coming off last week. I call my agent to have them fixing the nails they came and put more nails on the roof. Very unethical workers, will report to the BBB

We have used Carpenter Roofing Company to install our past two roofs, as well as my in law's roof, all following damaging hailstorms. In each case, Carpenter Roofing has inspected the roof after significant hailstorms, helped with any insurance difficulties, then replaced the roof and damaged gutters. Dustin Carpenter has always been pleasant, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. In addition, their roofing crews have been prompt, efficient and courteous in spite of working during unpleasantly hot weather. Plus, Carpenter Roofing has always offered and provided a fair price for the work done. All said, I will continue to use Carpenter Roofing Company for any future roofing needs that come along.

Dustin and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish. They assisted with communications with the insurance claim. They were thorough with pre-construction communication to ensure a smooth process. Their crew was polite and followed instruction along with executing top notch craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Dustin was thorough explaining what needed to be done to replace the roof and windows damaged in a hailstorm. Everything was itemized. Cleanup was quick. He did my son’s house also and I had him replace all my windows so they would match. Price was reasonable for the two houses and windows. He did not make empty promises.

I recommend this company! They replaced a roof on a rental that I had in Lubbock this past fall. They responded quickly to my calls, replaced my roof In a reasonable amount of time and advised me on how to work with my insurance company.

Working with Carpenter Roofing to get our roof replaced after the summer hail storms was a great experience. As a first time homeowner, it can be dauting to deal with major repairs, but Dustin made this process painless and was happy to answer all of my questions. The crew was very respectful and thoroughly cleaned the area around the house when they were done. Could not ask for a better company to work with!
