  After discovering I needed to repair part of my roof, I was very stressed out with trying to find a knowledgeable and honest roofer after some past experiences. I am so thankful that I found Carolina Professional Roof Systems and Billy – the reviews are real testimony to his work ethic and dedication to his customers. I was able to call and get a hold of Billy directly. I had done a fair amount of research on repair options, and Billy patiently listened to several of my concerns and answered many of my questions about potential options. After hearing me out, he called his partner, and they came up with a solution within the hour. Billy then came out to my house to take a closer look and get a shingle match to make sure we were all set. Billy is someone who truly listens to his customers and treats them as actual partners in the proposed work. For example, when I had concerns about the proposed shingle match, Billy made time to go grab some samples and bring them back to my house to make sure we got the best match before the repair started. He had excellent and timely communication with me throughout this whole process. The repair was scheduled within 48 hours of me calling, and his team was great in communicating how the work was going, showing me photos that I had requested of the progress, and cleaning up the site. Billy also made sure to be on site to check the finished repair. A couple concerns were noted, of which he resolved or assured me were not an issue (one of which was something Billy noticed and shared with me, which clearly demonstrates his honesty, transparency, and pride in standing by his work). He truly goes above and beyond to make sure his customers feel comfortable and satisfied with the work he proposes and executes. I also want to note that Carolina Professional Roof Systems is a very rare roofing company in that they 1) warranty repairs and 2) Billy is on site at the job and conducts a final inspection to make sure all looks as it should an

  I had concerns that my roof was needing replaced. Billy Williamson came out and did a free inspection. He pointed out areas of concern were my gutters and the roof had more life in it. Grateful for the honesty.

  This team rocks! The honesty, professionalism and hard work that came from Billy and his crew was comforting. I was informed the entire way, given options and never felt pressured to make a decision I was unsure of. Every question I had was answered thoroughly on terms I understood (roofing isn't my strong point 😂) and I felt very safe in the work being done. Hands down, the best I have ever worked with.   Great communication on the appointment date/time. Billy was punctual, friendly, and professional. Was able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Would strongly recommend and will continue to use Carolina Professional Roof Sytems for all my future roofing needs!

  Awesome experience!! I had a leak around a vent pipe repaired which involved replacing the damaged OSB. Billy and his contractor were so nice, All work was explained throughly, quoted and done within one day of calling Billy. The repair cost was very reasonable and the contractor even found and fixed another area around a skylight that was a leak waiting to happen. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend this company! Wes
