  They replaced numerous roofs for us and our neighbors after the hail storm last year. We as well as others have issues with our skylights which were not properly installed and Brad will no longer answer our calls after making numerous false promises.

  Brad came out quickly to provide an estimate after I first contacted Cardinal Roofing, and I was initially hopeful. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The leak was never fixed, and communication wasn’t the best. The crew would arrive without notice, and I wasn’t able to speak with them directly, so I was left wondering what was found or done during each visit. I was told they’d come back if the leak came back, but they never followed through. I eventually moved on and hired someone else to address the issue. I hope they improve their communication and follow-through for future customers, but based on my experience, I can’t recommend them.

  I will be generous with the two star review. They were quick and responsive. However, they installed roof vents on the south facing side of my roof when I specifically said the north side. I told them I was getting solar panels and was concerned that vents on the south side would interfere. I didn't make a big deal about it because they are close to the ridgeline, so I thought they might be out of the way. Nope... I have called several times to get them moved. They won't return my calls. Do better.

  Brad repaired my roof last July. I paid $1500.00 for him to replace 9 roof shingles and repair the vent pipe and replace flashing and shingles around the vent. He only replaced the 9 shingles and just gave the vent pipe a coat of spray …

  Brad was polite and communicated well how long it would take to do the project. Workers arrived on time and worked hard all day. Finished in a timely manner. Would recommend them and would use them again

  Brad did some roof repairs for one of our clients and he was excellent! Great with communication and even sent us images of the job once completed (as we are located in another state) We will use him for any all future roofing needs in WV!

  After the big storms that came through, our roof got damaged. Cardinal roofing was quick to come tarp where it was leaking and get our roof repaired. The roof looks great and highly recommend!

  Cardinal roofing was very quick to come out and inspect our roof. We were having water leaks and Brad made sure to tarp that spot for us and get the stuff ordered we needed for a new roof. Very fast and efficient! Very please and highly recommend using cardinal roofing!!
