  Roof replaced after a hail storm in 2024, followed by incredibly poor customer service and communication (once they got their insurance money). They were on top of it to make sure they were able to receive their payout from my insurance, but I've since had two major leaks (flashing and underlayment needed replacement from their work) that they refused to respond about or fix. I was continuously brushed off, given attitude that I would even ask for their support to back up their work, before they finally stopped responding all together. I've now paid out of pocket twice with a separate company just to 1) ensure the leaks were repaired quickly/correctly, and 2) I didn't have to struggle in dealing with this company any longer. Your shotty work has damaged my home with zero accountability, has risked the health and well-being of my family, and if I had the time/energy/money to pursue legal action, I would. You're at least no longer welcome within our community (which has a ton of work for reputable service providers). Do better by your customers; respond to outreach BEYOND the initial sale, and back up your work when it fails! I've also seen multiple people told they "weren't in Cardinal's customer system" as a gaslit cop-out, so I've included a pic for proof.

  Hey Jamey, thanks for reaching out. We found no possible roof related water leaking when we did our inspection on 12/19/24. A final roof inspection was performed with the city and passed mid and final roof inspections.   Got the work done in a decent time but they are terrible at communication and trying to schedule anything with them is not easy. Would not recommend unless they are the last choice. Reply to owner: definitely not the wrong company. I have everything to prove it if you would like to contact me and try to make this better. Amazing how fast you reply to a Google review but you can’t call us back when you tell us you are going to Edit: took away a star because they still haven’t contacted us and are impossible to get ahold of

  We had a need for a quick turnaround roof inspection for a home purchase. Jonathan worked with our realtor to schedule this for next day service. The report was excellent and timely, and I I would highly recommend Cardinal Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. Couldn't be happier!

  Tony and Jonathan was very upfront and was willing to work with the Allstate adjuster came when she came all the information was great. Their timing was wonderful for us and they were able to do the house in one day. Thank you again.

  Jonathan was a wonderful guide through the process of our new roof, beginning to end. He dealt with our insurance company, added roof vents that were not part of the original construction of our home (and very necessary in hot Colorado summers), was patient when we decided on a different shingle color, and walked the property when the job was complete. I/we wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan and Cardinal Roofing! Note: answering how much did we pay in this review below, our out of pocket was only about $2500.00!

  The Cardinal representative Jonathan was brought over to my home by a neighbor who had just had his roof very successfully redone. Jonathan offered a free roof inspection and gave me a report with pictures verifying that my roof was in good condition with no worries. What a wonderful and professional thing to do. If I do need roofing services I will definitely give Cardinal Exteriors a call. You should, too!

  Worked with Jonathan on a new roof. Got a free upgrade to a class 4 roof. Jonathan was excellent to deal with and very honest and so helpful with the insurance. I highly recommend them!!

  I had some siding 3 stories up that needed some repair from weather and now it looks brand new again!! Cardinal did such a good job, and the cost was way lower than expected AND they did it with short notice! You HAVE to use this team of pros!! You won’t regret it!

  We choose Cardinal Exterior after seeing them in our neighborhood complete multiple homes and we are glad we chose them after a massive hail storm. Jonathan has been a pleasure to work with. Among my family and extended family, I worked with him to replace the roof on 4 houses. He worked closely with our insurance company and sent in supplement estimates with pictures to ensure the damages were covered. And when they couldn’t replace just the glass on our windows (since insurance wouldn’t pay for a whole window repair), he helped us find a company that did. We are currently even getting the sliding and gutters replaced. He is a very friendly and professional individual that I would continue to highly recommend to all of our friends and family.
