  Like other people, we had to fight the insurance company to get our damaged roof, and fence repaired or replaced (3 years). Justin and his crew not only got the claim approved. Did the work in a very timely and professional manner. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  On May 30th, my world (and a huge chunk of my home) came crashing down. Straight line winds took out 2 enormous trees in the neighbors yard. When they came down they took our shared fence, my roof, my attached pergola (ripping bricks out of the back wall), damaged my air conditioner, and filled my swimming pool. They also took out the power lines leaving us without electricity for 9 days. Left in the dark, unable to get out my sliding glass door, and with rain pouring through the kitchen ceiling, the panic set in! How was I going to arrange all this work? Where should I even start? All the insurance company said was to get quotes and wait for an adjuster. But with half the city in the same boat, how could I avoid being taken advantage of? Thankfully my sister and BIL had recently done business with Josh Mercer at Capitol Roofing & Construction. I called him the next morning and he was out that afternoon. I cannot BEGIN to express how wonderful this man, and this company are. Josh dealt with my every need with compassion, urgency and professionalism. Capitol got a team to my house immediately to tarp the roof and mitigate any further damage. Josh dealt with my insurance company every step of the way. He was here to walk the damage with the Field Adjuster, and negotiated payment for all the work with the Claims Agent. I could NEVER have handled this on my own, and arranging for different crews to repair my multiple layers of damage would have been impossible. If you find yourself facing a catastrophic event, or simply want upgrades done to your home, DO NOT HESITATE to choose Capitol Roofing & Construction. Each crew that they sent was top notch, and the work that they did was outstanding. Josh got me more than I ever dreamed possible and my home looks better than it ever has. I consider this man a friend now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Within 90 days all trees and debris were removed, I had a new roof and roof deck, new gutters, a new 3 Ton HVAC s

  Capitol did multiple jobs for us, including gutter work (downspouts, joint seal, gutter guards), fence repairs and stain and soffit/porch support repair. All completed professionally the first time; no callbacks. Great communication throughout the process. We would call them again.

  This was an absolutely superb experience. Reviews are one thing, but Josh and his team have proved it and delivered exactly the quality that was promised. It is worth every penny, and we will be using them from now on for all of our construction related needs/repairs. Excellent non-stop communication and integrity, great clean up after the job as promised. 10 stars!!

  These guys are excellent general contractors as well as roofing contractors! We are thrilled with the quality of workmanship and timely completion of our storm damage restoration. Josh with Capitol was our go-to resource. The massive clean-up of two huge downed trees and the devastation they caused was handled with excellence and thoroughness! The new roof is first-class, as is the new fence and the new storage shed. Josh communicated with our insurance company and followed through on every detail. We are so thankful that the Lord led us to Josh and Capitol Roofing and Construction.

  I've had Capitol Roofing complete a few projects and I have been thoroughly impressed every time. Josh and Joel are very easy to get in touch with and always return calls right away. Josh went above and beyond to help with the insurance process and personally got on the roof with the adjuster. The actual work is high quality and the crew was fast and cleaned up the yard really well afterward.
