  I hired Tucker Roofing to replace my roof in September of 2018, trusting their assurance of quality workmanship. Unfortunately, 6 1/2 years after the installation, I experienced a significant roof failure due to poor workmanship. This resulted in water entering my home, causing damage to the sheetrock and affecting electrical systems. I immediately contacted the company to report the leak and subsequent damage. John Tucker himself came out. They acknowledged that the leak originated from their roofing work. However, despite this admission, they have refused to take any responsibility for the damages caused inside my home, stating that the roof warranty was only for 2 years. Tucker stated that if i had purchased a vehicle with a 2 year warranty, I couldn't insist on a repair. I told him 1. I wouldn't be stupid enough to purchase a vehicle with a 2 year warranty and 2. I never received ANY warranty information from Tucker Roofing, nor was it discussed. He asked for all of my paperwork, which i sent to him, as well as all correspondence from Tucker Roofing, which none of it contained ANY warranty information. While they reapired the roof damges ( not caused by hail), they have not offered to repair the damage to the interior. Their lack of accountability and refusal to resolve the issue has left me with out-of-pocket costs and a strong sense of frustration. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with the company in hopes of a fair resolution, but they remain uncooperative. Buyer beware. I expected more from a large firm to repair damages that were a direct result of their roof. Very disappointing for such major company.

  Had it not been for Tucker Roofing, and especially Eric Gigon, our new roof would not have happened. After our insurance company initially denied the claim, Eric guided us through the entire process from start to finish. We brought in a public adjuster, and he stayed in consistent contact with us while we waited through that stage, making sure we weren’t left in the dark or wondering what came next. Once the claim was approved, Eric quickly got us scheduled and kept everything moving without delay. Throughout the project, he communicated clearly, responded promptly to every question or concern, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and organized. The entire experience felt personal in the best way. You are treated like family, and that level of service is something you don’t come across often anymore. I highly recommend Tucker Roofing for any roofing needs.

  I’ve had nothing but the best interactions with Tucker Roofing the two times I’ve called them. They are not pushy or aggressive and are honest. They knew I had a toddler and were able to text and work with me on my baby’s schedule for calls and were so flexible. Highly recommend this roofing company.

  Recently had roof and gutters replaced. It was so seamless and stress free. Eric was fantastic to work with and the crew who did the work did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Tucker.

  The high winds we experienced the last week of December caused a couple of ridge shingles to come loose. I called Eric Gigon who responded to my residence promptly and advised of the needed repair at a reasonable price. I have previously used Eric and he always exhibits a professional demeanor and great customer service skills. Eric provided an estimate and required repairs. I will always call Eric on my roofing needs.

  I’ve owned two houses re-roofed since moving to DFW and wouldn’t trust anyone other than Tucker Roofing. Handled the entirety of the process with the utmost professionalism. Made it as seamless as possible to me as the homeowner. 1st class operation with high integrity. When later asked to inspect my roof for hail damage, gave honest assessment of minimum repairs needed to protect the integrity of the roof.
