  I had Doc's come out to inspect a hole in the roof. The first guy I spoke with said he couldn't make it but would send his assistant. The assistant shows up and didn't bring a ladder so he had to find a project manager to come take a look. Project manager gets on the roof and says oh yeah this is an easy fix no problem. That was a week and a half ago, during that time I have called and texted asking for a quote to do the work. No quote ever came, nor did they attempt to cover the hole to prevent further issues in my attic. I guess these guys are only interested in helping you if they can replace your entire roof and make five figures. Otherwise they don't have time for you.

  They made me waste my time! Never submitted a replacement cost to my insurance while I was waiting. I called them concern is the waiting for my roof to be replaced for them to say...oh I'm sorry we forgot!! Incompetents! Raining season is here, I didn't fix the ceiling, the roof and they didn't take accountability for their procrastination!

  Doc came to the house and gave me a quote on repairing my roof. After he repaired it the bill I got was 400% higher than what he quoted. He did drop the price to 200% higher than quoted after I obviously contested it. …

  Aaron, Justin, Junior and Bobby couldn’t have done better jobs. They just finished installing a new roof, new gutters and a complete exterior paint job on our home.These guys are the best and do awesome work.   We had a fantastic experience with them. They didn’t try and sell us something we didn’t need. The repair work was perfect. Shingles were a perfect match. Will continue to use and recommend this company to anyone.

  I retired after 45 years in the construction industry so I know quality craftsmanship and great customer service when I see it. Doc's Roofing was professional, informative and very easy to work with. Their communication with us was wonderful. They (especially Jose) kept us informed all the way through the process from the selection of the roof shingles, their schedule, and what to expect on the day of installation. Jose was very helpful all the way from the beginning to the completion of the paperwork for our insurance company. All of their employees went above and beyond to protect our flower beds, plants, and existing landscape and structure with plywood and tarps before they even started. I watched most of the day and was very impressed with their entire crew and the care they took to check my home from the roof decking all the way up. I was very impressed with the cleanup also. I highly recommend Doc's Roofing and will use them again if nature strikes once more!!
