  Disappointed to have to edit this review, but years of warranty issues from our new roof means we can no longer recommend. The warranty projects have been challenging, time-consuming, and ongoing. It’s always better when work is done right the first time, especially when it’s a major investment in your home.

  We came out to seal a furnace pipe and inspect the roof. Upon inspection we found damage to the customers ridge shingles. We sent the report and photos to the customer. The customer claimed we intentionally damaged his roof. I called him and ensured him we did not create the damage but simply found it upon inspection. Even at the end of the conversation the customer still insisted we created the damage. I offered to send someone out to replace the 4 damaged shingles for free just to make him happy but he said no and hung up on me.

  Last week I scheduled them and today no show. I never received a message or voicemail to cancel or reschedule. Well I don’t know the quality of their work but they don’t impress me so far.

  Mr Galloway. I’m sorry that after multiple discussions you are still upset with us but as we discussed we did everything we agreed to do in our agreement and actually went above and beyond to make sure your job was done correctly. You are saying you’re mad at us because we did not replace all of your wood decking but that was never part of the job or contract we agreed to, and we definitely did not charge you to perform that work. I really do hate that you feel this way about our company but I’m not sure what else we can do to change your opinion.

  I called Firehouse Roofing to stop a leak that was coming from the gas furnace heat pipe. They spent quite a bit of time trying to "educate me" about the company with lots of glossy portfolios and took forever to get around to giving me a price. When they finally did, along with a high pressure sales approach, the number was $2,200 to stop the leak. They said they had to schedule the custom build for a replacement heat pipe and even showed me a picture of the "engineer" who would build the custom piece. In the mean time, they taped a block of styrofoam to the top of the pipe and off they went. In the mean time, I was telling my friend who is a contractor about the problem and he told me not to turn on the heater because it would probably cause carbon monoxide to flood the house and endanger everyone inside. Turns out, all I needed was a $22 cap on top of the pipe. Firehouse was going to remove and replace a section of roof around the pipe, which was completely unnecessary because the roof is only a couple of years old. My suggestion? Get a second opinion - and beware companies that bring out lots of fancy brochures and want to educate you about their history. Good luck!

  Tanner came out last year in June and did some repairs for us including siding repairs, gutters, chimney work and installed 2 solar fans. He was very thorough, honest and the work got done quickly and it looks fantastic. He was in the area today and called me to stop by and look at all of the repairs. He showed me a video and detailed pictures of how it all looked and that all the repairs were looking and working as they should. I could not be happier with Firehouse and Tanner and will use them in the future if I need anything at all!

  I had an outstanding experience with Firehouse Roofing! Tanner was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. He took the time to document everything with clear photos and carefully explained each finding in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and everything he shared made perfect sense.   Slater Bean was the inspector who did a thorough job of uncovering the entrance and exit point of a rodent in my attic. He explained what was necessary to seal the attic and patiently answered all my questions. Visit also included a roof inspection.

  I just want to share that I had Fireshouse Roofing do an attic inspection due to possible squirrels and or rodents in my attic. They came out and did an inspection and found out that I had both squirrels and roof rats. As you can imagine this was not good news, however Fireshouse Roofing took control, sealed the holes, and had the rodents and squirrels removed. I can't express enough of how thankful we are and that they handled our problem quickly! Thank you Fireshouse Roofing!!

  Connor was exceptional. When I had a major leak in my house he spent an extended amount of time trying to diagnose my problem. Eventually, after pulling back drywall, we figured out it was a plumbing leak- not the roof. I really appreciate how he didn’t try to sell me roofing when it wasn’t needed. I will trust this company with future repairs needed. Thank you, Connor.
