  Young guy in your white ford needs to get off TikTok while driving before he kills somoene. All over the road on plano parkway. Oblivious to the chaos he is causing.

  Stopped by the house and did not have a permit as required by City of Rowlett. I feel if they were good they would have work without cold calls to home without permit. They said they had one. I called the city, they do not so I feel they are less than honest.

  *** DO NOT HIRE THESE GREEDY PEOPLE. THEY THREATEN YOU WITH LAWYER & COURT*** ***BEWARE OF THE SWEET TALKER & BACKSTABBER TONY FOSTER. DO NOT TRUST HIM & BLINDLY SIGN THE CONTRACT*** There is no option to reply to your response so I am writing here again. I am not against paying deductible. It is question of your betrayal especially from that Tony Foster guy. You took advantage of my trust & hospitality. I can challenge you that you will not find another person who bought the lunch for your roofing crew. Those are the people who really work hard. You greedy people just collect the money. When I asked how do you expect me to recommend you guys & your reply was DONT RECOMMEND us. This is how you give importance to MONEY over RELATIONSHIP. Anyway, YOU will never understand.

  Naren, we apologize that you had a bad experience with us. With any reputable roofing company will ask you to pay your deductible. It is a state law that we have to collect deductibles, and in your contract it mentioned that you will be charged the amount of your deductible with your insurance provider. I hope you understand, and I hope you are happy with the quality of work we provided.

  Tony Foster from Riddle Brothers Roofing and construction helped me get an amazing result after my roof was severely hail damaged in the storms that came through Rockwall in spring of 2026. Several other roofing contractors no-showed, or refused to work with me because I had Allstate for home insurance. Tony showed up exactly on time, had previous experience with Allstate with another house on my street, and assured me he would get my roof taken care of. From his initial inspection, to spending hours walking the Allstate adjuster through all the damage he found, to helping me understand the estimate, Tony and his team made something stressful easy. And the result is fantastic. Their team knocked out my roof in one long day, and over the following week, replaced gutters, and painted. My house looks amazing with the new roof. At every stage of the process, Tony walked me through what would happen, when, why, and then followed through on that plan. Even when we had to pivot on some items, he was quick and responsive updating quotes and timelines. 10/10 would work with Tony again on any roofing or wind & hail claim on my home. Thank you Tony and griddle Brothers team!

  I have had a roof replaced on my house in the past. Riddle Brothers Roofing was excellent. Tony Foster who managed the job was excellent too. Quick to respond to any question and always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for a beautiful roof.

  Tony was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he have to work with me but my son as well. He is a very thoughtful, kind Christian man. I still call him whenever I have problems with other things in the house.

  Called Riddle Roofing to check on a missing vent cover for our home in Sachse. Trevor P was professional and extremely communicative throughout the process. He did a thorough job checking for all issues on our roof. Was honest and did not pressure us to replace the entire roof, only to fix the few issues. Work was done in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again.

  Just got a new roof on our home in Plano from Riddle Brothers Roofing and it was top-shelf material, workmanship and service! Be sure and ask for David Sutton on your job; he was fantastic on the scene making sure everything went smoothly. He worked hard with our insurance adjuster to see we got even more coverage than we had hoped for. 5 stars are not enough!

  Riddle Brothers and David Sutton really came through on my roof! When my insurance carrier basically said I had no damage, David Help me understand my options under my policy in order to get the claim processed as it should be. All the work has been done by excellent technicians and down to my specifications. I’ll recommend them to anyone.

  Corey H. from Riddle Brothers Roofing & Construction was great to work with. Thankfully my roof didn’t need any repairs, but I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to walk me through his inspection findings. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I feel confident that I had an honest assessment. I’d definitely recommend Corey if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy.
