  This is the perfect company to hire if you want issue with neighbors. They cannot be expected to clean up after their mess. Multiple card obtained tar stains which took an hour to remove from just one car. We’re still working on removing stains from the others. They use leaf blowers on the roof to push debris and tar onto your neighbors property and cars. No professional courtesy whatsoever of even asking for cars to be moved to prevent tar stains. The workers literally stood there watching my mom clean up the mess they pushed into their property. I definitely plan to file a formal complain regarding this company.

  I am currently shopping for estimate on replacing my roof and found Canopy Roofing as a list of contractors online based on a google search. Upon submitting an online request i received a timely call back from the office. I explained that I am currently in search for a written estimate that maybe used towards an insurance claim. BIG MISTAKE. I was advised that in order to receive an estimate from Canopy Roofing I would be required to give them a $50 deposit up front and if i decide to use their services it would be refunded as credit toward any work performed. My only issue with this type of practice is it does not only me to choose between other Roofing companies for a decisive decision in selecting the best quote without having to feel obligated towards canopy roofing. A Dispatch fee? Understood. No obligation estimate LOVE! having to feel I have to go with Canopy roofing else i lose $50, NO-NO

  Canopy Roofing exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Luis made the entire process easy by putting together a clear and detailed contract, answering all of my questions, and making sure everything was straightforward. Julie did an outstanding job keeping me informed every step of the way, providing timely updates and making the entire project stress-free. The roofing crew was incredibly efficient, professional, and hardworking. They completed the job on schedule and paid close attention to every detail. I was especially impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up after the work was finished—you could hardly tell they had been there except for the beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Canopy Roofing to anyone looking for quality workmanship, excellent communication, and a team that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

  I originally meant to write this review after Canopy Roofing installed my concrete tile roof about 2.5 years ago, but better late than never! I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed—and they don't even do TPO flat roofs—Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal car

  We recently had our entire roof replaced. After getting quotes from 8 different companies, Canopy actually had the most competitive bid which initially made me nervous but we gave them a shot and are so happy we did! Luis was the salesman who did an awesome job keeping in contact with us and answering any questions. Julie updated us on everything and gave us a progress reports on permitting and when the team was coming. The entire metal roof was completed three weeks ahead of schedule which is unheard of in my experiences down here! All inspections were passed and I can do nothing but recommend these guys to anyone needing a new roof. Their communication is excellent, price is fair and the team was always on time and working hard. I would never use another company down here. Thanks yall!

  We recently had our roof redone with Canopy Roofing. From the initial quote process to final inspection we found them to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, detail oriented and kept you informed during the entire process. Their entire crew was always on-time, hard working and cleaned up everything before they left. Overall we had a great experience dealing with Canopy Roofing and would highly recommend them. Our new roof turned out great!
