Roofing projects can get expensive fast so I was relieved to find a company with fair pricing. The estimate was clear and easy to understand from the start. Nobody tried to push extra work on me that I did not need. The crew stayed professional the whole time and finished on schedule. It felt like real value for the money spent.

A section of my roof had been bothering me for months and I finally decided to get it checked out. The crew came over and handled the repair without making the process stressful. They explained everything in a simple way that actually made sense. The work was completed faster than I expected and everything looks great now. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had some damage to my garage roof, and most of the repair quotes I got were outrageous—until I found this company. They were recommended by my neighbor, who had their roof done about a year ago. It’s been a couple of months since the repair, and everything still looks great. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Willie was especially helpful in getting someone out here on time, and honestly, the price I got from this company was the best by far. Highly recommend!

I recently hired california green roofing for a roofing project and couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial inspection to the final clean-up, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They explained everything clearly, offered a fair and transparent quote, and completed the job on time—even ahead of schedule. The roof looks fantastic and has already stood up to a heavy rain with no issues at all. What gave me extra peace of mind was knowing they’re backed by the Google Guarantee, which made me feel even more confident in choosing them. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality roofing work in California, I highly recommend kobi and his crew They truly go above and beyond!

So, you're researching synthetic roof underlayment and hearing all the hype about it being the modern upgrade. And honestly, it's lighter and more tear-resistant, which sounds great. But here's what nobody in the roofing supply aisle will tell you: synthetic underlayment can actually trap moisture inside your roof deck if your attic ventilation isn't perfect. We've pulled off five-year-old synthetic and found soft, black rot underneath because the plastic sheet sealed in moisture from below. Traditional felt paper breathes. Synthetic doesn't. And in older Los Angeles neighborhoods like Pasadena or Silver Lake, those attics were never designed for a plastic membrane. Plus, it's dangerously slippery when wet or dusty, and in our Southern California heat, some brands soften or crack prematurely. The cost is two to three times higher than felt, and for a standard asphalt shingle roof installed in a day or two, we honestly think high-quality felt is the smarter, safer, more affordable choice. We're a local, family-owned roofing contractor with thousands of squares of experience, and we'll give you the honest truth about what works for your specific roof, climate, and budget.
