  Did great work on repairing my gutter that wouldn't drain. Worked about 1 1/2 hours and wanted to charge me $650. I said really then he said $500 which I thought was still too high. I was kinda pissed because I thought he was here to give me a bid first. But started working on it. Not happy but glad it's fixed. Not sure I'll be using him for gutter cleaning now in the future. I was more frustrated because you didn't give me a bid first. You need to do that before you jump in. That way there's no disagreement.

  Hello Dennis. I understand your frustration and I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. It’s true that the initial cost was $650 for the gutter repair, but I also addressed two additional leaks that I didn’t include in the price. I did this out of goodwill, as we value customer service in our company. I worked for three hours in the rain and I don’t charge by the hour, as you assumed I did. I charge for the work completed. In the end, I decided to charge you only $500 because we always strive to offer quality service and also value human warmth in our interactions.

  Carlos did a great job, was transparent and’s professional. He quickly came to quote us and fix our roof when it started leaking. We will hire him again in the future!

  I hired Carlos to replace my roof which was leaking. Within a week of signing the contract he had my old roof pulled off and the new one put on. It looks wonderful! He even fixed the crack in the cap if my chimney and a gutter I had been neglecting. All for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Carlos!

  Company provided service within 18 hours and on a holiday with no premium pay. He was very thorough with his inspections. Took photos of before and after and the results were superior to any prior inspection and work done on our house. Was able to identify three other problems and fix them. He performed the following work: cleaned roof, cleaned gutters and downspouts, repaired and resealed all corners of gutters by removing old silicon and applying new sealant, found two vents cracked (He removed and installed new ones), redirected flashing to gutters the was pushing water into siding, sealed all areas that weren’t sealed by prior roofing company. This company is highly recommended by me if you like to support small businesses. Price was excellent for the amount of work performed with no hidden cost. I will continue to use this company for all my roofing. On a side note his quote should I decide to do a roof replacement beats everyone. Very professional company..

  A friendly and skilled father son team got our leaky roof fixed in 24 hours- the leak is gone and the roof looks like new. Highly recommended!

  I was visiting my mother when CG roofing came to her home. I as well as the young man who came with him help to facilitate communication during the initial consultation. He did a wonderful job at a fair price. It would be helpful if he carried a receipt book.

  I had another roofing company come to my house to fix a leak. After two quick visits where they fixed what he was "sure" was the problem it continued to leak. This is when I called CG. They came out right away and spent hours searching for the problem. They thought that they fixed it but said not to pay them until I was sure it wasn't leaking. We waited a couple of weeks until the next big rain and I was over joked to find that it did not leak. Big thanks to CG.

  We had 3 bids before CG Roofing came to our house. They were in time and came on 4th of July because that's the only time we were available. Carlos bud came in the lowest of the 4 and even told us he'll fix and clean our gutter, he also …
