I recently had an outstanding experience with Bumble roofing and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team exemplified professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. We had a small leak in the ceiling of our bedroom but do to the recent weather the roof was a sheet of ice for a few days. As soon as the ice melted the team was there to assess the problem. Throughout the whole time Roger was in communication with us and checking the status of the ice. **Initial Consultation**: Right from the initial consultation, Roger was thorough and attentive. They took the time to explain the different roofing situation and options we had to fix the problem. **Timely Communication**: Throughout the entire process, communication was seamless. I received regular updates on the project schedule, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The transparency they maintained made the whole experience stress-free. **Quality Workmanship**: When the crew arrived to start the work, I was amazed by their punctuality and professionalism. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that every detail was attended to. The quality of their workmanship is evident in the final result—the roof looks fantastic! **Going the Extra Mile**: What truly set Bumble Roofing apart was their commitment to going above and beyond. They made our roof a priority before a blizzard rolled in the next day. They cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day, leaving my yard tidy and free of debris. **Post-Installation Support**: After the installation, they followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with everything. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers long after the job is done. In a world where exceptional service can be hard to find, Bumble Roofing stands out as a beacon of reliability and quality. If you’re in need of roofing services, look no further. They’ve earned my trust and my highest recommendation!

It’s honestly rare to find a roofing company with the level of honesty and transparency that Bumble Roofing of Suffolk County showed us. Roger went above and beyond in ways we never expected. He offered a $500 discount for signing within 15 days, installed three pieces of plywood at no charge, gave us an additional $500 veteran’s discount, and even provided our skylights at cost. What impressed us the most was that he never asked for a deposit. Not a dollar. He completed the entire job and didn’t get paid until everything was finished and we were 100% happy. There was absolutely no pressure at any point—just clear communication, fairness, and professionalism from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was respectful and efficient, and the property was left spotless. You can tell Bumble Roofing is a local Suffolk County roofing company that truly values integrity and customer satisfaction over quick money. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable roofer who actually does what he says, Bumble Roofing is the real deal. Highly recommend.
