  I was referred to Bulldog by a previous customer and they came out quick to review doing a roof repair. Then promised to follow up after their recommendation of doing an insurance claim with testing, we thought was a great idea. I reached out 4 times to follow up if testing results were back and was informed by Chris multiple times he would get back to me. It has now been 2 months and disappointed that they would encourage us to proceed and then not follow up, if they didn’t want the job I wish they would have just said so and we would have found someone else sooner. Customer Service does not seem to be a priority.

  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do want to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review. While we are always happy to assist homeowners through the insurance process, we do not control insurance coverage decisions and cannot make an insurance company pay for a roof. In this case, we met with the insurance adjuster on site, completed a repair, supplied shingles, and mailed material samples to the insurance company on your behalf—all at no charge to you. Ultimately, the insurance company chose not to approve the claim. and did not pay to have the samples inspected. Although we incurred real costs in time, labor, and materials, we did not invoice you a penny and did not expect payment. We understand insurance outcomes can be frustrating, but we feel it’s important to be clear that the claim denial was not due to a lack of effort or service on our part. I did show up when I said I was going to show up, drove to the supplier to purchase material, and back to your house with shingles I had purchased to complete a repair, Later mailing those samples in to your insurance company at our expense. It looks like We did not send an invoice for this time, or costs incurred. We acted in good faith and provided professional assistance throughout the process. I do not feel this review is fair or warranted seeing everything we did for you was in good faith trying to help you with no strings attached. At the end of the day, we cannot force your insurance company to pay for your roof if you would not like to come out of pocket.   If you are driving around town with your vehicle representing your business and cannot drive safely, how can one expect your work to be represented well. The reckless driving that put other lives at risk when there is no direct benefit causes me to wonder how much care could be put into one's work when it does benefit. Please drive more safely.

  Brad, I am sincerely apologetic about one of our team members driving. When it comes to safety, I can assure you there is nothing that is more important. Not just on the road, but on the job sites as well. As you can see by all of our other 5 star reviews it does not reflect our work. I have addressed this in our morning meetings and have told every single employee this will not be tolerated.   Beware: John Pare' owner will send out your load of roofing material early morning, do the job and pick-up materials quick over charging you for material. Take pictures of material delivery and after completion of roofing job. Also get copies of Bulldog invoices and return tickets from ABC Supply for your address. John over charge my neighbor $1,000.

  Hi Mia Sophia. We appreciate it when customers take the time to leave us online reviews because it lets us improve and serve our customers better every day. However, we have no record of any customer matching your name and you didn't specify who your neighbor is. When giving a price, we go out to the house, measure it, and give a contracted price to the customer. We do have materials sent out to job sites in the morning before work begins to avoid theft overnight which is unfortunately very common. We do send out extra material to avoid running short and making multiple trips to a supplier. This allows us to finish the job quickly and efficiently. When we are done, we pick up the extra materials quickly, so they aren't laying around causing hazards and an eye sore for our customers.   We were extremely pleased with our new roof installed by Bulldog Roofing. Chris Kiepert was fantastic to work with, he took the time to thoroughly explain our options and helped us choose the best HDZ timberline shingle for our home. His foreman was great and kept us informed through each stage in the process, finishing it in 1 day.   We discovered our roof leaking on Saturday evening. Marcus came out on Wednesday to inspect and the repair was done Friday morning. Everything was efficient, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

  New roof was installed promptly and efficiently after I received the quote which took no time at all. Cleaned up yard and surrounding areas of construction quickly. Would highly recommend for residential and commercial properties.

  Marcus and his roofing crew did a great job and completed all related tasks to protect my shrubs and yard from damage.   Two previous roofers tried to sell me a new roof which is only 6 years old. . My neighbors friend who is a builder apparently uses bulldog roofing for his houses . Marcus checked my roof and he said it doesn’t need replacement. Very honest …

  Chris came out to inspect our roof after a storm. He said “I would love to put a new roof on your home, however it’s in descent shape and isn’t fully ready to replace. There were a few minor issues and I took care of those.” I tried to pay him & he refused. When he left I thought to myself now that’s an honest man and you can bet when my roof needs replacing he’ll be the 1st I’ll call.
