I had a leak in my roof that I was not sure where it was coming in from. I had called multiple roofing companies and they all told me that they would charge me a $250-$350 fee just to show up. I was close to giving up and just accepting that all roofing companies operate this way and require an upfront cost just to come out before doing any work. Luckily, I had spoke to my parents who had their roof done by William from Built for You Contractor and recommended I give him a call. Contact with William was fast, professional and thorough. Doug and his son came out and did a great job repairing my leak. He was friendly and very thorough with the job. He caulked around my chimney and inside my attic and my roof has not leaked since! Highly recommend this company. They did not charge a fee to look at the repair and did not take any payment until the job was done! Doug and William are honest and upfront contractors who will do a great job for a fair price!

My father-in-law had his roof done by these guys last year. Still looks brand new and no leaks. They work fast, hard and with an eye for perfection. Paid up front for the materials and again for labour after the job was done. Great value for the work done. Definitely recommended!
