Started out just wanting an estimate because I wasn't sure if I needed repairs or a whole new roof. Bud-Z came out, looked everything over, and was upfront that a repair would buy us a couple years but replacement made more sense given the age. No pressure either way. We took some time to think and got another quote over in Highland before deciding to go with them. Scheduling was easy and they kept me up to speed on timing. The whole process from that first look to the finished roof was smoother than I expected for a job this size.
