  They came out over the insurance and while they only gave us an estimate, the $1000 for roof repair was gone. We tried to correct that, but it never happened.

  Had several call backs. First, none of my vents were correctly placed. Had to come back for that. Second had to have them fix the flashing that was not set close enough to the facia boards. Third staples for the flashing were not put in and left half out staples to poke hole in the shingle when you would walk on it. Fourth forgot to install vent for kitchen stove. Stay away from these guys. Have several panel boards that should have been replaced that I paid for basically stealing wood from their customers. Used my old flashing on the chimney had to come back for that as well. Do not do business with this company. The workers don’t care about the work they do.

  Paul, Let me again apologize for the few things that got over looked by a few of our previous employees. We did however come out and make it right in November when we did your roof. We did offer again to have David come out to see exactly what you were talking about with the staples in the flashing but you refused.

  I originally called asking about having a single roof shingle replaced. I was told there was a $150 minimum so I asked about a roof cleaning as well. I was told someone would call me the next day. No one ever called but two days later I got an email with a quote saying they would be at my house to clean my roof Monday and replace the shingle. The quote was for $162. I emailed twice asking about what would be done, when, and trying to make sure the roof was not pressure washed. After not hearing back I called on Monday and was told someone would be there at 9:30am to clean my roof and replace the shingle. At 9:45am I got an email with an invoice for a roof cleaning and shingle replacement. That means they spend less than 15 minutes working on my roof according to the timeline provided. I came home and the roof wasn't cleaned well at all. I called to complain and someone showed up to clean my roof again. Again it was not well cleaned. I had them come back a third time, it was done with at least some care this time, but again the roof still had a lot of moss on it. I emailed them and asked for a discount or waiver on the price because I was not happy with the work provided and did not want them to come out a fourth time. I was told I only paid for a shingle replacement and that the "light cleaning" was basically a favor. I was told the treatment put on the ridge of the roof would kill the rest of the moss over the next few months. I was NOT quoted for a "light cleaning". I've have the estimate and invoice stating "clean and treat roofing and replace shingle". It does not say light cleaning. No one at the company ever said a light cleaning. Basically the work done was not done well (they admit it was a "light cleaning" whatever that means), the shingle replaced does not match the other shingles on my house, and the communication was horrible. The only person who responded to any calls or emails was the office manager. I appreciate that she responde

  I had a new roof installed 10 years ago. Brisco called wanting to do an inspection to ensure everything was still in good condition. Awesome Austin came out and inspected the attic to ensure there weren't any leaks and the rafters were the appropriate color for dry wood. He also did an external inspection to ensure the there weren't any loose or missing roof shingles. He noted some caulking that was peeling off the chimney pipes and replaced it. He also caulked around all the washer on the roof. He did a great job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

  I was recommended Brisco Roofing from my parents who had used them to clean their roof. I called and was quickly able to set up an appointment. Someone came within a few days, gave me an estimate and within the month I got my roof cleaned. They did a great job and I even have solar panels, which I was worried about birds making their nests in. I’ll be consulting with Brisco Roofing again for my future roof cleanings.

  Brisco Roofing exceeded our expectations from the first phone call through the final cleanup. The communication throughout the roof replacement process was excellent, and their team was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property the entire time. They showed up on schedule, completed the project quickly, and made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The new roof looks amazing, and the workmanship really stands out.   Communication could have been better but they came out on a Friday morning and in 9 hours they stripped the old roof off, replaced 6 boards and installed the new roof. We got a 50 year roof with a 1 time transferable warranty as we've getting ready to sell the house. I would use them again and I'd recommend them as well.

  We had Brisco Roofing replace the roof and gutters on our Home. It was a great experience. The Roofing crew worked especially hard and long to get the job done in one day. This involved replacing the old square roof vents with ridge vents, repairing a small area of dry rot, and reinstalling the roof. The gutters look great and were also done in short order (a few hours)! Far faster than I was expecting. Austin, the estimator, was great! He is personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease with the process. I highly recommend Brisco Roofing and Austin!
