  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Did not follow through on commitments. Made up new excuses everyday. Waited over a month and a half from the tear off to get the new install done. Permit pulled beginning of July and closed mid October.

  I own a property in Sheffield Woods, Wellington, FL, where Brilliant Roofing recently replaced the roof. Following their work, my unit’s skylight was not properly sealed, resulting in a new leak that never existed before. Despite multiple owners experiencing the same issue, Brilliant Roofing has denied responsibility without even inspecting the problem. Rather than addressing the defect, they risk facing legal action. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for your roofing needs.

  Hi Tim, It was unfair for you to leave such a disparaging review considering the issues present at your community. The couple of skylight issues we experienced were only condensation moisture which happens due to out door heat and indoor cool and not any leaks caused by rain. If you do experience any issues during rains please reach out and we will be there for you.

  Very rude and unprofessional. Plenty of roofing companies that are polite and professional. Don’t bother with this guy.

  I had other options but I ended up choosing this so-called "Brilliant" place because my roof contractor... and boy was I wrong. The absolute worst company I've dealt with. I regret everything. I dealt with some guy named Chris, who made all types of promises to get the contract, and then stopped responding. I did a contract based on what I want for my home. They installed what THEY want and lie and said it didn't come in what I want, which it totally does, and said "it's gonna be fine". Then they came to install the roof hours before the hurricane. They were on the roof past 8pm in the middle of the rain, which makes me very skeptical that the work was even done well. Then left all materials on the roof and went home. My neighbors came to complain about all those materials left on my roof in the middle of the hurricane. So many other BS. Just a big mistake dealing with this company. I do not and will never recommend this company to anyone.

  I use brilliant roofing to install a new metal roof , There adjuster Sal explain he was going to be with us every step of the way. Never seen him again after i made the first payment, He also explained that brillant roofing knows it's a process to get the last payment from your insurance company, He also told me that someone was going to bring samples of metal for me to choose which kind i want to purchase, They didn't show up with samples ,they just came and dropped off the metal material for the job,I didn't complaine because it looked like the same material i seen on my neighbors roof, so i left it alone , When the job was done and the final payment was due, They are to submit documents to your insurance company letting them now the job is done etc,, to get the final check. Donna's lack of communication cause a delay,So she went and put a lien on my home.. Sad to say they just want your money . FYI brilliant roofing , I could have paid you out my pocket for the final payment if you would have communicated properly.

  They are very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and LIARS.. Donna was very rude ,didn't remember anything we discussed , the sales rep wasn't there as promised..Just a HORRIBLE EXPERINCE.

  BRILLIANT roofing (large crew) arrived on time (7:15)and took off a roof over and installed under lament and new drip edge. The crew made sure all shrubbery was covered and they were EXTREMELY efficient at cleaning up any debris around the property. They worked until six o’clock that first day. The actual labor only took them three days. What a GRAND JOB they did. We got more than we were promised. Looking for a new roof???…these guys are the BEST! Do yourself a big favor and choose BRILLIANT ROOFING

  Brilliant Roofers did a perfect job with my roof replacement. The showed up on time. They left no debris, not so much as a nail was found. They communicated with me about days and times of work and they were very affordable. GOOD JOB!!

  Absolutely awesome roofing company. Whether it is a new roof or fixing a leak. They are so quick to respond and take care of the issue. Had an issue with an inspection when selling house and they came out and addressed it next day!

  We needed a new roof on one side of a duplex and it was a tricky project. The folks from Brilliant Roofing were the only ones up for the job. They were also the only company that offered to put on a metal roof, to include the flat section at the back of the house. They dealt patiently will all my questions and anxieties throughout the project. I’m really happy with the result and glad I found Brilliant Roofing to do the job!

  Brilliant Roofing was highly recommended to us by two of our neighbors who recently used them for their new roofs. After getting estimates from several roofing companies, we went with Brilliant Roofing and so glad we did. They did a great job at a fair price! We highly recommend Brilliant Roofing.

  I own a townhome in the Riverwalk community and we recently had our roofs done by Brilliant Roofing and they did an excellent job.
