My neighbor got the roof done, and those guys appear to do a great job. Unfortunately nails and other debris was left behind. Not really upset about that, it happens. When a different group from the company came back to do the gutters, …

Not quite sure what happened to this company. I had work done by them about six years ago and got the royal treatment. The work they did was good. However, I contacted them recently about some work, and instead of talking to me about what I asked them to repair around the house, they would only talk about replacing my roof. Even gave me an estimate on the roof ONLY and not the main items I asked to be repaired. The most surprising thing was how rude Richard, the owner, has become. Customer service is key with me, and he failed the test. I asked him questions about the items I wanted fixed, and he would not stop talking about my roof. He went on and on and on trying to tell me what was wrong using a whole lot of technical jargon that I didn't understand. I was trying to ask him basic questions for basic answers. He was talking about things I wasn't asking about. At one point he told me if I would just be quiet, he would be able to explain everything to me about my ROOF. So at that point, I decided that it would be a cold day in July before I would use them again, but I let him proceed since he seemed to have a need to show his knowledge about roofs, which was on the bottom of the list of my priorities that I'd presented to him. A couple of weeks later, and then a few weeks after that as well, someone from their office called asking if I had decided to get my roof done by them. Both times I explained to her how rude the owner was to me and the fact that my other requests were totally ignored, and how I only got a quote for the roof because that's all THEY were interested in repairing. Her response was, "Oh, okay". Then she hung up. Well, they're all family, so what should I have expected? Needless to say, another contracting company with the highest BBB rating possible will be replacing my roof for a much lesser cost. My neighbors across the street used them a decade or so ago to replace their roof, and it was shabby and it had to be redone. I don't kno

Bowie Siding and Roofing is amazing! Jocelyn went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, and worked with us to accommodate delays when we were not yet ready for install. We are extremely happy with our new roof and can’t wait to get our siding done. They do an amazing job.

These guys do a great job at a reasonable price. They're a small family-owned company. Jocelyn, the owner, was a pleasure to talk with, as was her brother, who installs the gutters along with his long-time partner. The team of subcontractors that installed the roof was amazingly efficient and precise, finishing in one day, as well as friendly and respectful. I found a few nails on the ground here and there after they finished, but I think that's to be expected. Highly recommended.

Used on my own property for a new roof. Then had a microburst several years later. Joycelyn was wonderful. Was able to order new shingles for the damaged area and work was perfect. Being a Realtor I have provided this company information for various customers and always everyone has been very happy with the quality and workmanship. Linda Violante

Did what they said, when they said for as much as they said it would cost. Enough said.

Bowie Siding and Roofing replaced my roof in one day and at a great price. I have used them before to replace my siding and they did not disappoint me. The workmen where very professional and worked quickly. They cleaned up and you could not tell they where here except for the new roof. I recommend them for both siding and roofing.
