This company helped to flip my house right before I bought it (which I did not find out for a while). I am pretty sure some things were not done to code. It’s a complicated situation but I would tell people to make sure permits are completed and get final inspections. I am looking into seeing how I can come after the City of Minneapolis for lying on the inspection and this company for not doing proper work. Edit: I was able to contact Nick and the City of Minneapolis inspector and we were able to go through his work and approved it. We came to the conclusion that his renovation meets minimum requirements for the information we had. He asked for me to remove this post but I still want people to make sure permits are closed and final inspection are done. I am not changing my rating due to the run around I was given to get certain information, the way he spoke to me when he was at my house( it was recorded), and how this project was done. I will not go into details but Nick good luck and wish you success.

Don’t do business with these guys. Shady. Steer clear from Tony!

Hard to communicate with and plan with. Waited until last minute to get materials, not much guidance on choosing options. Work looks pretty good for most part however, the process was frustrating. We were going to have a new deck done by them as well, but opted not to after our kitchen remodel issues.

Kelsey, I apologize if you were dissatisfied with our communication. My goal is to provide clients with the personalization of having the freedom to text, call or email me directly on nights and weekends with any concerns or ideas that they may have for their project. Please realize I completed full kitchen remodel in just over two weeks and upgraded you to premium granite and covered half the cost.

We had a fantastic experience with Bolechowski from start to finish. Randy Schenck was our main contact and he truly went the extra mile on our claim. Our new roof is beautiful! We really appreciate the team at Bolechowski and highly recommend!

Nick and crew replaced my 30+ year old roof. From quote to completion everything went very well. Quick and efficient is a good description for the entire experience

I contacted Nick to get a shingle sample from my roof for the insurance company after a tree fell and hit my house. Nick had to do a bunch of runaround for the insurance. While the overall process with the insurance company and the tree was complex and nightmarish, Nick was very patient and ended up getting the work done before the weather turned wintery. Thanks, Nick!

Highland, St Paul. They did a partial roof install for an addition and tie in to existing roof. I had some unique circumstances and requirements and they very accommodating to work with. Nice team, fast work and cleanup was impeccable. I'd hire them again in a second.

I had a great experience with this company. Nick and his crew installed a new roof on my house. Nick was very responsive throughout the process. My old roof had a number of issues that Nick made sure to notice and address on the new installation.

Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. In these times it’s very hard to find a company that’s trustworthy, knowledgeable and does a great job. This company does all three! They did a lot of work for me and when I have new projects, they will be the first people I go to! An excellent company to work with!

Tony and his hard working team are the best! Our satellite dish fell off the roof, damaged the roof. Tony came high recommended from our friend, so I reached out to Tony on a late Friday afternoon, he was knowledgeable, gathered information he needed and immediately connected me with his roof crew. Enrique came out Monday morning. And my roof is good as new. He also showed me pictures he captured before and after. Explained to me what he did to fix the leak and damage. Entire experience is top-notch. Will highly recommend Tony and his team for any Roof, Siding, Gutter, Windows etc construction work!
