The only one or two-star review we hold for Boise Roof.

I called to recieve an estimate to have both my siding and my roof replaced. Michael scheduled a date and time to come out to my home so he could look at the project. I took a half of a day off work to meet with him. Afterwards he told me that he would email me a quote within a week. After two weeks went by, I called him to ask about when I could expect to see a quote. He explained that he forgot about me and would need a few more days. It's been a total of 5 weeks. I have never recieved a quote to this day. I absolutely do not appreciate YOU, Michael, wasting my valuable time. I have no doubt you're going to get Google to remove my negative review because that's how companies, like yours, operate.

They were Very responsive to our communications and on time with everything they said that they would deliver. We had extensive damage from a hail storm and Mike worked very efficiently with us and the insurance adjuster and completed the job within a week of the initial inspection. Highly recommend !

Fabulous team from start to finish! Throughout the process (from claim filing to roof repair day, about 21 days), I was kept informed and my questions were answered. Chris, Mike and their team were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. It is clear that they work well together and enjoy providing quality roof repairs to homeowners. On the day of repair, crews arrived on time (at 7am)—just in time for the rain. They were not deterred and set about setting up their work area, putting down tarps, etc. I left the premises after about an hour, and by noon I had a new roof! I walked around my property, and their clean up (nails, roof debris, etc) was impeccable. Thank you all so much!!!

Boise Roof - Michael Hill was great to work with. We had an inspection done on my parents house and he made all the fixes needed to the roof, attic vent and truss in the attic. He was quick to respond and his pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend him if you are looking to have any work done.
