My mother in law had her roof done about 8 years ago. There were no issues with leaking before. We thought they did a good job until the roof recently started warping and the shingles needed to be fixed in a spot. She called to get it fixed since she had a 30 year warranty and the lady on the phone was very rude. She dismissed everything and said it wasn't their fault. She claimed that they had no record of them and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. It was obviously a flaw with how the shingles were put on or the board underneath the one spot would not have warped. I am appalled that this company would treat my sweet mother in law like this.

Came to look at the job when he said, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of none. Said would get back to me with an estimate soon and could probably do the roof the following weekend. (10 days later, which was great.) I've called 3 times, leaving details each time, and have had no response. If they can't do the job, or have decided not to, they should have had the courtesy of letting me know. So 10 days later, and I now have to find someone else. I'd heard good things about them, but I'm very disappointed in them. And yes, a little angry.

I highly recommend Feathers Roofing. They did an excellent job replacing our roof and siding, and their crew was professional and efficient. When a recent issue came up, they responded within hours. They’ve proven to be both reliable and highly skilled.

Bo did an amazing job on our roof. We had a slight issue when his guys came out and the roof was leaking afterwards. Bo came out right away and resolved the problem, no extra charge. I truly appreciate his dedication to service and we will be using him for any future projects :)

Although we ended up not doing the repairs at this time, this coming company was professional and responsive. I would call on them in the future.

I used Bo Feathers to replace my existing roof based on friends recommendation. I was not disappointed. The crew was courteous and took care to protect all of our outdoor furniture and yard. The roof looks amazing and the price was right. Bo is a great guy to deal with and would definitely use again.
