  Having received favorable recommendations from friends, neighbors, and positive reviews on Google, i decided to contact Winchester Roofing to address some roof/gutter/siding damage on my property. After discussing the details with a team member, we arranged a meeting for the following day at a specified time. However, the appointed time arrived and passed without any sign of their presence or any communication. Despite my attempt to reach out , i received no response. I left a message, but i have yet to receive a return call or acknowledgment. I must express my disappointment in experiencing such a negative encounter with a company that has received such a positive feedback.

  We recently had a roof and gutters replaced by Winchester Roofing. Not only was the process of getting an estimate quick and painless, but once we signed, they were out in about a week to begin the work. Their estimate was the most complete and accurate of the ones I received and even included some needed repairs to the rake board and sheathing which the other companies did not mention. Work was completed on schedule and they kept me updated as to the start date (which was moved one day due to rain) so there were no surprises and we could have the front of the house cleared for them. They didn't even invoice me until the work was completed and they had emailed me to ensure everything was done correctly. Also, as a bonus they sent me a link to 120 pictures of the roof and gutter installation in progress with a recommendation that I might want to reach out to my homeowner's insurance for a possible discount. Something I hadn't considered. Great experience and a great company to work with.

Weather doesn't always cooperate with us, so we try to stay ahead of it and keep homeowners in the loop rather than leaving them guessing, especially when it affects something like having the front of the house cleared. And we never want to invoice until we've actually confirmed the work is done right, so it's great to hear that came through. The photo gallery and the insurance tip are two of our favorite things to pass along. Most people don't realize how much documentation from a project like this can help down the road!   Real people answer the phone. Office personnel easy to work with. Do what they say they will do. Take photos before and after the work to show you results. Roofing foreman very informative and explains to you why it was wrong and how to fix it. They do it the right way. Very good company and I WILL use them again. Thank you for fixing my problem!

  Being new to the area, we had to do some research on local roofers before deciding on Winchester Roofing and could not be more pleased! They were quick to come inspect a leak that we had and gave us honest options for repair or full replacement without any pressure, but with plenty of evidence that it was time for a new roof. The job foreman, Bert, gave us full confidence that the job would be done right, and it was. He was in constant contact with options along the way, as well as photos of what they were accomplishing. This job was done with pride and professionalism down to the smallest details, some of which I wouldn't have even thought of, but made the final appearance even better. On a scale of 1-10, Winchester Roofing gets an 11 from me.

  Winchester Roofing to the rescue! They did a fantastic job replacing my roof's ridge vent. My house is barely 5 years old, but I found out the hard way that Dan Ryan Builders used cheap and damaged materials to put my roof together! Winchester Roofing used high quality materials that would last for or beyond the remaining life of the roof. They even recommended some additional items to be fixed that would have caused more problems in the very near future. Honest work at a great price. 10 out of 10 would recommend and hire again! 👌

  Winchester Roofing company has been my go to company for a few years now. I started off calling them for repairs but just recently had my roof done and they did a fantastic job. When I would call for repairs they were always honest and transparent. Any issues found would be explained in detail and I always received photos of what they found or didn’t find. Additionally, I can’t tell you how great the customer service has been. The communication with the office manager has been wonderful. Every question or concern is followed up either by text or phone call. When I requested brochures so I could send to my HOA, I had three dropped off at my front door within four hours following my request. They were also very patient while I waited for my HoA to approve. They were never pushy or salesy. Berto is the foreman on the team and he is super nice and great to work with. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. He even showed me my neighbors roof, that looked in bad condition, and when I asked him to send them to me so I could show my neighbor, he did. My neighbor called and got the repairs done quickly through Winchester Roofing. Overall, this is a great company. They will be my roofers as long as I live in the Winchester area. You won’t be disappointed.

  As a homeowner dealing with a roof replacement, Winchester Roofing made the entire process far less stressful than I expected. Sebastian was phenomenal from the beginning — communicative, professional, and incredibly helpful when it came to explaining the estimate, walking me through options, and even helping me better understand how to communicate with my insurance company. Humberto, the foreman, and the crew were equally impressive, taking the time to explain what was actually wrong with my roof and making sure everything was done safely and efficiently. The crew truly went above and beyond throughout the process, and it was clear everyone genuinely cared about the quality of work and customer experience. Also, shoutout to Scott, the owner of the company.   I recently had new siding put on my house by Winchester Roofing. I was 100% satisfied with the entire process! From the first phone call until the finished product, I was thoroughly impressed.   After contacting 3 local roofing companies I quickly selected Winchester Roofing for their promptness in responding, detailed written quotes, and competitive pricing. They locked in a project start date within 2 weeks of contract signing, stuck to their day-by-day project timeline, and completed the entire project (including roof replacement, fascia/soffit replacement, gutters/downspouts, and several adjacent repairs) in 7 days. Project foremen Bert and Carlos were courteous and very communicative throughout the entire process, and they and their teams are top-notch craftsmen in their trades - the finished roof, fascia, gutters, etc. look beautiful! Post-project cleanup was thorough and complete. All in all my experience with Winchester Roofing was very positive and I highly recommend them.

This Berryville roof had storm damage that was obvious the day we first inspected it: torn shingles, exposed decking, no question the home needed a new roof. Getting the insurance company to agree took far longer than the damage assessment did. We spent a year and five months on this claim. That meant repeated inspections, ongoing repair attempts to hold the roof over until a decision was made, and constant follow-up with the insurance company and adjuster to keep the case moving.
