  The crews performing the work were great. However, the project manager James and repair manager Josh assigned were extremely lacking in communication and planning, especially for such an expensive job as this (5,100 sq ft house). It took RoofSimple several times to install the right siding for repair and they refused to replace two spots I was willing to pay out of pocket for. Also, they took a piece of siding off in May 2025 and did not come back to replace it until today June 2, 2026. I would not recommend using this company.

  Our experience with using Roofsimple to replace our roof did not go well. BUYER BEWARE! Although we were happy with the high quality of the GAF roofing material in the end, Roofsimple made huge mistakes in not covering our brand new TREX deck and patio for protection. Consequently, when they replaced the fascia, the Roofsimple team allowed a large amount of nails and other debris to fall onto the deck and patio. In addition, when they removed the existing gutters, Roofsimple dropped the gutters onto the deck and patio, scraping it badly. Overall, Roofsimple caused a significant amount of damage to our personal property, and we weren’t pleased. We were surprised to hear that they told us it was not part of their standard business practice to provide protection to a homeowner’s property when replacing fascia. Wow, we called that response extremely neglectful and disrespectful! Our deck isn't even two years old yet (built in November, 2022) and the fact that they didn't care about the damage they caused, they showed no empathy for our feelings or property. Their lead foreman (Nathan) eventually did work with our patio-deck builder to replace the damaged pieces. Kudos Nathan. However, when we raised the issue and dissatisfaction with their lead sales guy (Luke) and headquarters management, we asked for compensation for the trouble and they ignored our emails and phone calls. Crickets! Clearly, Roofsimple was trying to hide from their mistakes and failed to provide any just compensation for damaging all of our personal property. Stay away from Roofsimple!

  I’m so sorry we damaged your deck during the project. I am a little surprised to see this negative review though. Not only did we work with you and your decking contractor to get the deck repaired we reimbursed you $3,014.78 for all the costs involved. We made a mistake and made it right, I’m not sure what else is expected. Tarping and covering decks doesn’t protect them from heavier debris like a falling gutter. It wasn’t the lack of tarping that was the issue but the falling gutter etc. and since that was certainly our human error we paid to repair all the associated damage. We always try to own our mistakes and I fail to see how we did not make the problem right in this case.

  Called spoke to a lady she was very nice, told someone would get back to me yesterday 3/13/25 or today 3/14/25 and no one returned my call or even an email. Needed to get this looked at before the storm comes.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their work hours make no sense and they have ZERO respect for the community in which the work in. They started at 7 AM and didn't finish "their workday" until almost 8 PM. They took over the whole street with their trucks and there were workers just sitting around doing nothing. In addition to that, one of of the people next to the home they were working on had them knock on their door to come through their house at d7:15 PM to clean up their deck an patio because of all their mess! I don't know who the project manager is but they should be fired. They have no regard for the community in which they work, they literally jumped over the deck from house to the next without authorization! When I saw this I thought if it were my house they would have been shot! If you are okay with a group of men sitting on the curb and embankments doing nothing then this is your company. If you want people that will throw junk and garbage onto your property then this is the company for you. If you want a company that will work into the late evening disturbing your dinner then this is the company for you. Yes, I was visiting and witness all of this take place and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Not to worry because my friends call me the next day and they were still at it. Miserable company and should have ZERO starts.

  I’m very sorry we bothered you. We do often work long hours to make sure we get the roof done. We also insist that our guys take periodic breaks throughout the day especially if it’s a long work day so they get enough rest. Roof work is very heavy and hot and breaks are important for worker safety. Roof removal can be messy and cleanup is super important. If houses are built close together then we definitely want to cleanup anything that reached a neighboring property. If there’s anything we can do to help please call us at (540) 302-2885

  Ride around knocking doors on Saturday to try and file insurance claims. Completely ignored private driveway and no trespassing signs. Unless you want to be a part of a insurance scam, I would stay away from this company even if I had hail damage and needed a new roof. If we wanted you on our property we would call.

  I’m so sorry we bothered you J! We’re not there to pressure you but if we stopped by there’s a good chance your roof was impacted by a storm even if you were unaware. We pay for access to in depth weather reports and alerts and knock doors and provide free roof inspections to verify damage in storm areas. Unfortunately most people do not have the expertise to diagnose roof damage and are often unaware they might need roof repairs or could benefit from using their insurance. We would be happy to help you if you would like to reach out to us but either way I would encourage you to schedule an inspection from a roofer to double check your roof is okay. If there is damage you may be able to use your insurance but if there’s no damage you’ll know that you’re good to go. Best, Mark

  Collin showed up and decided my wife needed a shingles 101 class. I listened in stunned silence at this sales pitch. What we wanted is a roof. After stating he is a top person at the company, his heavy sales pitch and testing out his sticker shock techniques, Collin never provided the quote he promised. We wanted to give a local company business, but his tactics were horrible. He said they have over 20 crews out doing roofs. I know one home they won't touch - if the quote is an example of Roof Simple's work - we'll take a pass as you should too. Go with someone who follows through. Thanks Mark but we already went with another company. During this encounter, Collin shots out some ridicules numbers to test us for "sticker shock" even saying as much as your "roof is probably like $60k". When he saw my wife's face his numbers started dropping quickly. I didn't say a word as I have heard it all from salespeople. He took the cake, and we never received a quote or follow up other than here.

  Despite great skepticism we agreed to the free inspection and use of a third party to handle all claim negotiations with our home insurance company, we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Our total roof replacement was fully covered and our only outlay was the $5K deductible and our choice to upgrade gutters and down spouts. The products were high quality and the work on our large home with a very steep sloping roof are beautiful. The roof was completed in a single day under close supervision followed by a second half day for the gutters. Communication throughout was excellent and the crews were professional, courteous and efficient. Clean-up was done very well. It was a great decision. We are very happy and recommend you give RoofSimple a chance.

  Our experience with the RoofSimple team was excellent. I would say, in fact, the project well exceeded our expectations. Our roof replacement was tied in with an insurance matter and RoofSimple made the process seamless. RoofSimple communicated regularly with us from start to finish; the staff we dealt with were very professional in every way. RoofSimple advocated diligently on our behalf to maximize the insurance claim. We chose to upgrade the roof products, but all told, we were out of pocket very little. The pricing I indicate below does not reflect the upgrade, but is the amount of the job to replace with like products. The install crew arrived timely, and were very polite, hard working and left the work area immaculate. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend RoofSimple.

  Just got my roof done today. It looks great! The project manager William was very personable, texting me, and talking to me in person all day, letting me know what was happening, and any questions I had. Bruce and everyone from Roofsimple made the process so easy. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all.

  Got an estimate from Roof Simple for roof repair. After doing inspection (crawling up in the access and then getting on the roof) to inspect, I was told that they would be happy to do the repair but it was only a cosmetic issue and not something that was going to give me a problem. I appreciate the honesty and the time they spent in diagnosing the problem.

  The entire process was great,starting with Dave..very knowledgeable and personal...The price is inline with what we wanted to pay...Angelo and his crew were awesome...he said they would be here at 7am and they were...and were on roof working by 7:15....the roof came out beautiful and the cleanup was great...Will definitely recommend Roof Simple to others....Thanks again..Al &Veronica Ellis...

  I think the pictures speak for themselves, I did not think it could look this good. Roof Simple installed this James Hardy product on one of our short term rentals in Page County Virginia. The final product completely exceeded my expectations. They got me a quote quickly and got me on the schedule quickly. Could not be more thankful that I did not have to install this myself! The only downside was that we made our neighbors feel bad about their siding colors and choices.
